Just had my Fillo Elite Luxury pillow delivered and I'm blown away by it. I've tried a sea to summit air pillow before but it felt like a balloon and terrible for side sleeping. Since then I've been using the Thermarest Compressible Pillow and it's been my favourite so far and the closest thing to a normal pillow BUT the medium weighs 250g (the nemo is just over 100g) and is over 3x the size of the nemo, so it was always filling up far too much space in my pack and weighing too much as well. The nemo on the other hand weighs just 50g more than the horrible sea to summit, or 140g less than the Thermarest and it is so comfortable to use, for both back, front or even side sleeping. The baffle system inside stops it feeling like a balloon under your head and the height is actually great for me. Lastly it packs down to a 1/3 of the size of the Thermarest so it's really easy to store. One call out: the integrated stuff sack is a pain to use, so I've just rolled it, added a rubber band and put it in a zip lock. Perfect solution and water proof. Love this bit of kit! Highly recommend.

I am new to camping and I spent a lot of time doing research on the products I?ve purchased. This pillow is a nice size, a little bigger than others, easy to inflate, easy to deflate and it stores conveniently in an attached bag into a tiny ball! I love this NEMO pillow.

Very Nice and Comfy Camp Pillow! I tried out while still at home and slept great throughout the night. The loft keeps the usual "crunchy sound" of camp pillows to a minimum!

I have slept on multiple pillows while camping and backpacking. This pillow is the most comfortable that I have found. It has a nice soft feel from the top layer of material, soft layer the foam on top, and of the adjustable air bladder. Between the comfort and adjustability it is the best pillow I have used.

I have some pretty serious neck issues which is why I have gone through about 5 backpacking pillows searching for the one that will allow me to actually get a good nights sleep after a long day on the trail. The search is finally over with this one! I have not had one bad nights sleep since I put this one into my pack! It's got enough loft to allow me to sleep on my back or my side, and if for some reason I need to raise my head up even more, I simply tuck my fleece into the webbing on the back of the pillow - problem solved! folds away really small for such a big, comfortable pillow.

I have used this nifty little rascal 3 times in the back country since I got it. Great sleep and no noise. What an advantage I had on my fellow hikers the following morning.

I bought this a few months ago.. packing our big pillows from home was taking up too much space. My wife is very picky with pillows so I only bought one to try myself. Couldn?t believe how good I slept the first night. She tried it the next night and now we want one each! Happy wife. Happy life

Just got back from a 6 night back country hunt. What little weight I added with the pillow was well worth it. An massive upgrade from my previous pillow. Stayed in place in my sleeping bag and was really quite comfortable.

I bought two of these in preparation for a trip with my oldest boy and I'm so glad I did! My previous experience with camp pillows always seemed to mean trading off comfort for packability. Not with this pillow! It's so tiny, I hardly knew it was in my pack and then when you pull it out, blow it up and lay down, it's honestly almost like being at home. Nemo has once again knocked one out of the park with this pillow. Excellent design.

This pillow packs extremely small and can be inflated to your desired firmness. Sometimes I wrap my fleece over it for a more typical pillow feel. Great for when space/weight is a concern but you want a pillow.

I've used numerous pillows from Thermarest over the years and they were all pretty bad, to the point where I would usually just leave them at home and use the old clothes in a stuff sack maneuver. So, coming into the NEMO I didn't have many expectations. But wow, totally unexpected! I didn't know camping pillows could be this comfortable. Pros: ultralight, blows up quick, has a soft face fabric, and packs down to almost nothing. Would be great if they made an even bigger one since the size and weight of this luxury version isn't even all that bad. Overall: highly recommended.
