Great Product!

I used these poles for the first time on my two week trip out West; from Grand Tetons all the way to Canada and they performed very well. Would order them again!

My first trekking poles and they're perfect

What took me so long to start using trekking poles? These are great! They really enhance our hikes. The adjustability is phenomenal; I'm 5'9, aged 53 and I can use one while my hiking scout is 5-1/2 and I can easily adjust a pole for him. Very stable, sturdy and user friendly. Stores up easily to be unobtrusive in your vehicle or stowed on your pack.

Great quality, gets the job done

Quality build from a quality brand. Ergonomic and eye catching, helps with those tough miles on the trail. On thing to note is these do not have anti shock/shock absorbing. But, I?d still take these over my Mountainsmith Pinnacle Trekking Poles that have anti shock.

Worked

20 miles high country backpacking. Helped this old out of shape flatlander stay upright. A few ounces heavier than I Wanted but the price was good.

Great bag

It?s a bit heavy compared to previous bags I?ve tried out. It will be out in Montana this week with a 2-year old. Lots of storage. Kelty always has a very well designed pack and pocket location.

These bad boys did the job with no complaints.

My backpacking compatriots has much fancier/ expensive poles. But why? Mine did everything theirs did and look great. My only complaint, if I had to nitpick would be the grip material is meh.

Upslope 2.0

Bit on heavier side compared to similar cost brands. Tip baskets come loose easily must tighten mid hike or you will loose them. Poles adjust and contract easily, good grips. Overall decent poles

Great

Exactly as you would expect. My pair has a pretty solid lock up on the height adjustments. The addition of different ends for different terrain is nice.

Great Poles!

My first pair of trekking poles and wow! Easy to adjust, lightweight, and the padded wrist strap kept the hand nice and secure. I was able to test the poles on a 8 mile hike with plenty of climbing and downhills and the poles performed amazing. Highly recommend!!

Nice trekking poles

I got for a eight mile hike on Memorial Day and took these on their maiden voyage. I was impressed with the feel and the light weight. They made walking uphill much easier and grips worked well for me. I had used backcountry ski poles in the past and I liked these better. Hopefully I’ll be using them in the mountains to pack game this fall. These seem like a good value to me.

Worth the purchase

I used them for the Deer Hunt to help me climb and descend steep terrain. They were a lifesaver when packing out a deer.

Kelty Hiking Staffs

My Upslope 2.0 hiking staffs are great. My wife took over my other pair so I ordered a new pair. The features are perfect. I’m 77 and they afford just the right amount of stability for me when I’m hiking. I’d highly recommend them.

Best trekking pole value available

I have used these poles for 3 14ers and hundreds of lesser hikes. They are, without a doubt, the equal or better than poles costing many times as much.

Strong but Lightweight

Great trecking poles. Very light and they compress down for easy storage. Durrable enough for rocky slopes and any trail they may see. I have not tried the baskets in the snow, but I definately intend to this winter.
