Bought this bottle for my 2 year old two months ago and we've been enjoying it a lot. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this company and its bottles to others.

I purchased the 12oz hydroflask with the straw cap for my daughter. She loves it! But, it didn?t come with it a straw. Is it supposed to? Can I order a straw for it?

We bought the new "hibiscus" colored kids flask. Usage-wise it is everything we hoped for. Our two-year-old handles it with ease and loves to use it. The product picture doesn't look anything like the actual flask, though. In the picture the flask looks orangy with a light-purple boot. What came was neon-pink with a pink boot. It hurts my eyes every single day. ;-(

The bottles are great. They keep liquids cold/warm for a long time. They're easy to carry by kids. The vent plugs keep falling out and can't find replacements

Bought this a couple weeks ago, and my wife and I love the design, and our son loves using it. Only one drawback - there is a tiny rubber gasket that goes in the breather hole (we weren’t even aware until we did the research and saw the complaints) and when cleaning the water bottle, it mysteriously went missing, and now it leaks like crazy. Probably not the best design - this isn’t really a piece that needs to be removable? Not sure how to fix this without having to replace the entire lid. If it weren’t for this, it would absolutely be a 5 star review.

I have three of these bottles and two of the little vents have fallen off while washing and now the bottles leak everywhere. Super disappointing as these were not inexpensive. Is there anyway of purchasing these little vents to pop in?

Excellent product. Durable and fun colors. My son loves it, he gets to drink from the same bottle as his parents but it isn't too heavy for him to handle. Keeps his water cold on hot days outdoors. Big positive, we notice our son drinks water more willingly and often than when water is in the sippy cup. I gave 4 stars and have just one gripe otherwise it isn't a review its just praise. The only thing to be aware of, is if the straw is open to drink, the water can spill out very easily. Not a big deal but when if used around the house or in the car the boy tends to get water everywhere. But water dries.

I have had this for about 6 months and I love how cold it keeps fluids and that my toddler can open and close it herself. The only drawback is that the vent hole has started leaking so every time I leave it in the bag, everything gets wet!

We have one for both of our kids and they use them every day. Keeps their drinks nice and cold. Only problem is they caps do leak when laying down so have to be careful to keep the upright when in bags, the car seat, etc.

I bought 2 of these water bottles for my girls. They look great but the design is flawed. When you tip the water bottle upside down (when it’s in the “closed” position), water leaks out of it. I’ve had several wet backpacks as a result! for a water bottle of this price, I’d expect it to be more leak proof.

Hello I got this 12oz kids bottles two of them, really great for kids , but there is one little problem, and is that the two bottles i bought they lose the little plastic button that helps to don't lose water or liquid from the lid like when you close the lid get's inside this little button, the problem is that I don't know if my kid drank it or just got loose, well the question is where can I buy this little buttons , because amazon or you're web site don't sell them, help please, I don't want to buy a third bottle because of this.

I bought this about a month or two ago and I love it! My only complaints are that it is a little loud when you drop it but the cover thing reduces some of the noise and the price of it. It also delivered very quick

We have this flask more than year of everyday using and we are so so happy! Never leeks, hot is hot and cool is cool. Our son drinks from it every day from second birthday.

I bought two of these for one and two year old a couple years ago. These have held up amazing. They are the perfect size for them and come in fun colors. They keep my kids water very cold and I find that they drink more water.
