This is the best pack I?ve ever owned. It kept my back dry during an 18 mile hike in the Adirondacks. Very comfortable on my shoulders and hips. I?m 5?2 and the small/med fit perfect.

I really like the mesh back to allow air flow, the adjustable frame, and the main compartment access from the top or front. It's really comfortable. The stretchy pocket in the back is great for wet items. I also like that it comes with a rain cover. The construction quality is great.

What a great bag- fuctional, lightweight, large enough to pack for a trip, but small enough to use as a carryon. Can be cinched down and really has great access. Excellent pack for overnight backpacking trips and month long Camino trips.

This bag may seem small but it is roomy and rides extremely comfortable. Weighing in at under 3lbs, I think it's a good balance between lightweight and comfy. Both the shoulder and hip straps are cushy and lets me hike comfortably for hours without having to adjust anything.

I bought this backpack upon the recommendation of a friend. I got measured for it at a store but ordered it online. I got the red one and I'm really glad it's not bright red like in the picture. Its very comfortable and fits my 5'4" frame well. The hip belt makes it sit well on my hips and takes the weight off my shoulders and back. The rain cover is an added bonus so I don't have to worry about my gear getting wet. The backpack has alit of pockets and has space for all my gadgets. My stuff fits comfortably in it with space for any extras. Glad I bought this backpack. Love it.?

I've been a fan of osprey for years, but 2x/week 5-10 miles of hiking in Montana indicated i needed a bigger, more comfortable pack to hold bear spray, tons of clothes for the 5 seasons you can hit in one day, food, water, camera gear etc. I'm short, round and have broad shoulders and a long term back injury and choose to carry most of the pack weight with a belt. My other packs kept slipping down my shoulders. I tried a Gregory Jade 38 and it was SOOO comfortable over a tank top or a heavy jacket. Love the little pockets on the belt and that it can hold a lot of weight comfortably with no slipping. (still love Osprey, but not for my day hikes)

I?m petite and this pack fits perfect. I?ve had a tough time finding a pack that didn?t feel like it was taking over my 5? frame. I got the xs/s. I love how you can get into the pack from the front zipper vs just from the top. The hip belt pockets are larger than other packs I?ve owned in the past.

Love this pack. So many fun pockets, comfortable on the hip bones, buckles in all the right places. Color is a little more green in real life than in the photos, but I'm a big fan anyway.

Comfortable and practical backpack for hiking. I love that the red is not as bright as the picture online. Easy accessibility to the interior. Lots of places to put extras. Easy to adjust. Makes the load feel lighter. Hip belts are comfortable and don't dig in. Shoulder straps are also very comfortable. This is really the most comfortable backpack ever. Definitely recommend to everyone.

I ordered mine online and it was perfect for my size and weight. Wanted to add to my previous comment that I am 5'5" and weigh 160lbs. My back measured 16" and I decided to purchase the sm/Med sized backpack. My measurements were in between sizes and even though the recommendations were to go with the smaller size, I am glad I got the bigger one because it truly fits me perfectly. I think probably because I'm a bit pudgie around the middle. Hope this helps someone who is trying to decide in the size.

Perfect for overnight trip or for people who have to carry more items for kids on a day trip. Carry their jackets, waters, snacks... and more. I love the big hip pockets that hold my large phone and chargers. I absolutely love this pack and I love it in red

My favorite features include the front access panel, so you can grab items from the bottom of the pack without completely unpacking from the top. I also love the deep water bottle pockets which safely contain a 1.5 L nalgene easily without it falling out when leaning over.

I am a 5 foot tall woman and bought the XS/S pack to use primarily for day hiking where I need to carry a fair amount. It fits me very well and is super comfortable. There are all sorts of adjustments allowing a perfect fit. The pack really feels like it belongs to me. The accessibility to items is excellent, and there are multiple options for putting items in various places in the pack. I am very pleased with this purchase. #sweepstakes

I've used this pack for several overnight trips and I love it. Comfort is key when backpacking and this pack fits the bill. Easy access and enough pockets to organize smaller items but not a ton to where you are constantly searching for items. Hip belt pocket is big enough for larger model iPhones. Color and style are not top priorities for me but I tend to like the colors the men's packs come in verses the women's. #sweepstakes because I love your products.

With nearly 40 liters of capacity, the Jade 38 offers far more than a daypack. Ready for long days, the FreeFloat suspension provides all-day comfort. This is the pack to take when the elevation changes and terrain challenges more than make up for the mileage.
