Every Danner I?ve ever purchased is super comfy immediately. I have normal to wide feet and these feel great. Look pretty good. They do squeak when I tried them out, which hopefully will go away.

The only reason I don't
The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because the upper inside area rubs against my ankle. I'm not sure if this will go away and wear in but it's not a deal breaker. The shoe fits great and it's comfy to hike in.

Footwear arrived on time. The Box was sealed very well.
I wear a size 12. When I mentioned this to the representative online, I was told to go a half size down, because the design of the shoes has large toe boxes. She was right. I put on a medium pair of crew neck gold toe socks and still had room to move my feet in the boots.
Nice design, different. The brand hasn't been advertised commercially, so it's a gem to own a pair. Oh! I bought two pairs! one Full Price and the other on sale. The only issue that I encountered was the laces become unraveled quickly. My solution, the top of the metal gromets, I tied a loop around it twice. One the regular way and then in reverse, from there I did not have any more issues with my laces on the boots becoming untied.
It would also be great if this company decides to have a presence in the East Coast like
New York City, New Jersey, etc.
(I do not only wear them as a statement piece, but also functional footwear that has not created foot fatigue so far.)

Took these on a tough
Took these on a tough hike up a peak in Vermont during a snowstorm. Frigid temps, ice, etc. Feet stayed warm and dry - couldn?t have been better.

So far I have really enjoyed these shoes. The only thing that I would like to see changed is--The tongue needs to be longer so that the tongue is above the top of the shoes. I have to be careful when tying the laces or they will ride above the tongue and rub against my sock and leg. A longer tongue would solve that for me.

These are great, I?ve got three pairs of Danner shoes and their comfortable to wear right out of the box every time,
With the D loop lacing their quick to get on and quick to get off. The support is good and as always well made.

I am enjoying these shoes, I did have to resize as many have. I normally wear a 9 but had to resize to a 8.5. Very comfortable.
