Excellent product!!!! Very happy with this purchase. Bought two!!!! Enough space for large iphone and loose change. Well thought out design. Keeps water cooler than common plastic bottle. Able to run without the belt jiggling if fasten well enough.

I have tried the dual small bottles and hand-held types. They don't seem to work well for me. This single bottle design is the best for me so far. The unit is comfortable to wear and the bottle does not get in the way of my running. The capacity is larger and there is less sloshing noise.

I bought this Flash belt a month ago to take with me on walks and runs. With the quarentine we are doing a lot of walks and its hot here in South Florida. Anyway .... the belt works great for walks but accessing the water bottle on the runs is fine but a little challenging. The belt does not move around much while running which is great. Still, I have gone ahead and ordered the Ultra Belt to see if that is better for runs. No regrets on the purchase of the Flash but if your buying for running, spend the extra $$$ and get the Ultra. Just my two cents.....

Pocket for cell phone should be a little larger. A little bulky in design.
