This grill works great and is fun to cook on. Learning curve to move the food to the different heat spots, but that is the fun part to figit with and get nice even delicious results! Customer service is off the charts!!!

I have used my grill attachment for about 20 long weekend camping / exploring events. it works fine like it is designed. I use regular grilling pellets in my stove when using this. It is very hard to control the temperature so you have to learn to use the grill edges for lower temperatures and close to the stove open for very hot temps. Adding pellets to the stove while grilling can be fun at times. You just have to be fast so you don't get burned, and only add more pellets a little bit at a time or else you could actually smother the fire. I have grilled steaks, burgers, dogs, apples and even baked a cake with the stove and grill attachment. The material that the stove is made from is not the highest quality and after about a 6 or so outings the grill inside area, flame diffuser, and the grill grate will start to rust. and that is just from the Stainless Steel Looking material just burning off. Then the intergraded lid (flap you open to add more "fuel") with not open/close when the rivet used rusts :( but I have been using aluminum foil to over the grilling grate. I don't believe the 1 yar warranty covers that. I take good care of m camping gear as I camp year round; sun, rain, snow. I do wish the metal that the grill was made of, was a much superior grade. The stove isn't really built for ultralight backpacking and if your also going to carry the grill with you it might as well be built a bit better.

This is a really handy piece of camping equipment. Small but but mighty, cooks a steak in no time and doesn't take up a lot of room in your truck. Great product!!!! Thank you!!

Excellent for backpacking. Light weight, nice sealing cover to keep residual oils etc from leaking in your bag. Not great for a steak but perfect for smaller pieces of protein or vegetables and grilling bread.

Great little cook surface. The finish is holding up after a good number of uses. One thing to watch for is that the fuel lid cover may have a sharp edge underneath- nothing that can't be fixed with a file. The heat isn't entirely even but that's expected given the shape. It's not the Basecamp, but it's pretty darn good!

I used this grill when I first got it in 2017 and unless they were material changes I doubt anything has changed. I used this grill over the last weekend to cook some bbq. Sausages cooked great and my burgers did well the next day. You have to let it heat up and there lies the issue. The inner heating element and grill grates are more rigid than the outside basin. The inner sections move or the outside changes shape which makes them no longer fit together properly. Which makes the heating in even. I plan to modify mine with some stainless steel screws and wing nuts to hold everything together in the future. The outside piece isn?t quite the right shape anymore for the plastic cover which now barely fits. This is after the uses. Love it and also disappointed at the same time.

I like this grill very much because it does its work but I can't give it 5 stars because as you can see in the pics it came with a dent that let the flame escape now and then and I don't know if this is completely safe. Furthermore, after a few uses, the grill gets rusty and there is no way to get rid of that: I wrap my food in aluminum foil to avoid the rust and the black from the flame. There is not so much space on the grill so I recommend it for a single or a very small group of users. Anyway, I love it and surely I recommend it.

Don't ever forget you gat what you pay for. I cook with pellets and find the metal changes colour..beautiful rainbow?metal also warps under extreme heat?.to wobbly for me. Got to be careful?I am not..and cooking for me is a chore?so everything has to be fast?cleaning is a lot harder then it looks?but that's camping

The CampStove Portable Grill is fantastic. Just buy it. It allows you to grill a lot of food at once on your BioLite stove. It also makes you able to put in slightly longer wood pieces into the stove. If you're grilling something with fat, the drippings end up going into the stove and burning as fuel. My only wish for it is that the heat could be a bit more spread out. It's definitely hotter near the stove and not very hot at all farther out. And the instructions say it should be a moderate fire and low fan, I think, but I just blasted it on high and high to get enough heat to do four burgers. And I did move the burgers around so they all got cooked. Our BioLite lets us camp using our hybrid car, because we don't have to worry about transporting liquid fuel in the cab. And the portable grill lets us have all the fun of grilling over an open fire but using less fuel, creating less GHG emissions, and letting us control sparks coming out from the fire, and letting us have the fire die down much faster than a regular campfire.

I've used this a handful of times now and really like it pretty easy to set up and take down. Cools down nice and quick to clean up. Cooking surface is what is says hot by loading port and cooler to the front zone . I brink it out on the boat and my motorcycle trips wouldn't leave home without it
