I looked at a lot of fins before picking these. In the end, despite being completely different in appearance - and better, I chose these. I'm so happy I did. They fit like a glove. As a scuba diver I expected a lot more play in the fit, but was delighted to find they are snug, and feel quite like an extension of my foot. I got them for conditioning during my morning swim, and I couldn't be happier. My legs are far more engaged, making my lower body work quite a bit harder than before, which I expected. What I didn't expect was how much they improved my form and technique - particularly noticeable when I take them off. Not only is my form better, but my stroke is stronger, and swimming is just easier. I really think these are in a league of their own. Nothing out there compares. I consider them the next generation of fins, really making all others seem quite primitive. Get them. You'll be happy you did.

I'm still getting use to them. I can definitely feel I roll side to side better with them, and love love love the lack of weight. However, I'm not used to the stiffness and hope I don't get chafing. They seem to promote a very tight kick, which is good anyhow. Two thumbs up for trying to innovate.

Over all I really love the improved swim experience. What I need help with is how to get them on. They are difficult to get on and the heel strap cuts into the inside of my ankle. I am wearing the strap low on my heel till I find an better way to manage this issue.

I have used these fins for many years. They don't overload your hips and assist with your posture in the water. Great training tool.

These fins might take more than a single workout to get used to, but are well worth trying out. On my second use , even though I could feel how much they were changing my usual kicking style, probably for the better, I swam 1000 meters with no discomfort during or afterward. The fit is snug and secure, the heel strap holds very well, and the material seems durable enough to stretch but not break after repeated uses. I like the relatively compact and the light weight. I am pleased with my purchase.

This is the third pair of Aqua Sphere Swim fins I have bought. I use them three times a week and have done for decades. Eventually they show wear and I replace them. I have tried others, but Aqua Sphere are the best.

This is my 2nd pair. The first pair where ordered at the recommended size and just were to tight .Swam with them for about six months but because they were so hard to put on and hurt my feet I switched over to another brand. I saw that you changed the sizing so ordered another pair one size up . They fit perfect but again had to give them up because they are so difficult to get on because the back strap just doesn't have enough give..

I own an old version of this fin, and live then, but the right foot stretched out and kept coming off so I ordered what I thought was the same thing. These new ones are thick and hard, unbending and I'm actually scared to use them. I was expecting soft material that reminds me of craft foam, not molded rigid plastic. Is this the new model these days? Put them on dry and they hurt the back of my feet and are unbudging on the foot

I'm finding that it is taking a bit of time for my feet to adjust to the fins. It seems to be loosening up a bit as the top of my arch is not hurting so much. I will continue to work with them in hopes that they become more comfortable. Thank you for asking.

I love how lightweight they are and how they feel in the water. A little chafing a couple of spots around my ankles though, but like my other fins, that should get better over time.

These are the best fins I've ever used for their shape and how light they are. There was some chafing at first, but I've learned to adjust and my kick is better for it. I'm very happy with them.

I have had shoulder surgery and my doctor recommended fins. These light weight fins are perfect. I have tried others and nothing compares.

I need my aqua sphere fins to keep up. My dog, Grace and I have averaged 200 days per year the last 3 years since I retired. I need the fins to keep up with Her Webbed paws.

I have used many brands of training fins in the past. Alpha Fins surpass them all. They are light and bouyant which keep your feet at the water surface which facilitates a better kick. This to me creates a more intense workout. I highly recommend them
