I absolutely LOVE these boots. I purchased them mainly because they are GoreTex waterproof. I plan to use them while riding my horses on endurance rides (50+ miles) when it is cold and rainy. I think they will be perfect for that! But what was a nice surprise is that they are really nice looking. I could wear them in dressy occasions ;-) Exceptional quality. HIghly recommend.

Just like everyone said, they are amazing. So comfy right off the bat, hardly any break in. Stiff in all the right places without being too rigid. I?ve been hunting for the ?right? boot forever and after lots of orders and returns so glad to say I found THEE boot. I live in Utah and have already used them in snow, rain and the desert in less than a month and the performance is outstanding. Sizing is standard, go with your typical shoe size and you?ll have plenty of room for swell in the toe box as well as thick or thin socks.

I'm an obsessive hiker. Clock in almost 3 hours a day. The Renegade boots are my go-to winter, spring, summer and fall. Properly cushioned and never sweaty, they also keep your feet dry. Have enjoyed them in several colors but the black are my favorite.

The Lowa Renegade is a durable leather hiking boot that runs true to size. It breaks in quickly and is comfortable. Soles adhere well to slippery wet rocks. Positive experience with first pair resulted in purchase of second pair.

Great product. I have had a pair for over 10 years and they still look good. Wanted to get a new pair before the old ones wore out. Excellent product and feel good as soon as you put them on. I liked getting two pairs of laces as well.

When the color I wanted was sold out, I decided to go ahead and get this unusual color. I actually get some compliments on them! They were comfortable from the get-go, although I still haven?t used the very highest eyelets as my ankles get used to them. Can?t wait to see how they do in wet conditions, which is why I bought these. My prior boots did not keep my feet dry after only about a year of wear. I always treat my boots with waterproofing and am hopeful that this all-leather boot will hold up longer than others.

I love these! Comfortable right out of the box. Seem very supportive to the ankles - recently suffered a broken ankle hiking, so investing in some good new boots seemed an imperative. I think they?re actually really cute too.

Love Lowa boots, second pair after five years. Fast shipping, correct product (color and packaging from Lowa) fit perfectly and was able to wear on my hiking trip in RMNP two days later comfortably. I will order from Sunny Sports again.

I was pleased to find the Lowa Renegade boot, for which I had been searching, in my size and on sale at Sunny Sports website. Although I have no intention of returning the boots, the liberal return policy is motivation to use the site again, as is the good selection on it.

Extremely comfortable. Gortex allows me to walk through streams without having to worry about my feet getting wet. Great on trails with rocks and uneven surfaces.
