sand circlesIt is hard to quantify art in the traditional sense we use to quantify other absolutes in life; for the viewer, many thoughts and emotions can be evoked through all types of mediums, and each artwork can bring forth a whole different set of feelings, even at different points in time. When art is created from the Earth, there is often a profound sense of connection to the planet and everything that resides within its myriad ecosystems, as well as the reminder that physical life is temporary, and but a fleeting moment in respect to eternal time and the infinite universe. Check out this incredible video of beach art in the process of creation, comprised of more than 85,000 still images, and the inevitable end that everything on Earth faces. Absolutely stunning.
