it's yuge

this bag should hold most everything you need to keep dry for a multi week colorado river trip in mid to late shoulder and peak season, including a tent and sleeping bag, with room to spare. if you need more you are doing something way wrong.

Best Dry Bags in Existence

If you haven't used Watershed bags before, you are compromising. The roll top bags I've used in the past have always let water in, but I didn't know any better... until now! A friend introduced me to Watershed dry bags last year and I've since bought two for use this coming season. One is a backpack style so I can have 100% waterproof protection for my gear if I have to be mobile. Watershed bags are Made in the USA and are the best dry bags that money can buy. You won't be disappointed!

Looks Like it Will do the Job

This dry bag will primarily be used for whitewater rafting. I do a multi day trip every year. No more end loaders for me. I am tired of having to pull everything out to get to something in the bottom of the bag. The zip lock device is air tight. I closed it full of air and layed on top of it and couldn't force the air out. I will also use it for boat diving in inclimate weather, and possibly for duck hunting. The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5, is for the lack of backpack straps. They would make it perfect.

The Watershed Colorado Duffel is as popular for long-term river tripping as the river it is named after. Used by raft guides around the globe, the Colorado will carry enough gear for one person on a multi-day expedition. This bag works equally well as a car top or pickup bed waterproof bag to provide extra gear storage on road trips. Also works as a storage bag for wet, muddy gear such as waders or dry suits for Scuba diving. Prevent getting wet gear and enjoy the loading efficiency of a wide-opening duffel mouth with the Watershed Colorado.

Keep your gear dry even when submerged! Easy-to-use zip dry seal presses shut like a freezer bag. It locks shut, keeping out moisture with an airtight, waterproof seal, even when submerged and under pressure. The zip dry seal is depth rated to 300' (90 meters).

The Colorado Duffel is made from durable 840-denier nylon fabric with a heavy matte polyurethane (PU) finish for abrasion resistance and overall strength. Clear version of the duffel is made from abrasion resistant 20-ml polyurethane. All seams are radio frequency (RF) welded and guaranteed to be free of leaks. Even the smallest details are top quality: Duraflex side-release squeeze style" buckles and D-rings are combined with extreme-duty nylon webbing.

The Colorado Dry Duffel Bag measures (H x L x W) 18" x 31" x 16" (45.7 cm x 78.7 cm x 40.6 cm), has a volume of 6,400 cubic Inches (105 liters) and weighs 3.125 lbs. (1.42 kg) when empty. The bag is equipped with a 28" (71.1 cm) top load opening.
