These were perfect! I have a terrible combination of small hands/wrist and being a little on the heavier side, so it's pretty hard to find a safety gear set that will fit me in every place. One Size Fits Most is true for the elbow and knee pads! The wrist guards, which I was still able to get in a small, are comfortable and fit well. The elbow and knee pads are also very comfortable and breathe well. Highly recommend!
