Perfect sleeping pad.
Fantastic sleeping pad, light weight, compact and can take a beating. Use this for military and personal outdoors trips. From the West to East coast and even the high artic, worth its weight and then some.

Great support
This is my go to for all indoor and outdoor visits. My back always feels great in the morning. The normal width is just my shoulders so my elbows have a tendency to fall to the side. I will buy a wide version in the future.

Sleep well and warm with Therm-A-Rest
I live in the country tropical country that most of the mountain has jungle with sharp branch of wood or grass, and the ground mostly rocks or volcano sand so the perfect choice is using foam mattress and it's been proven that Therm-A-Rest Z Lite is working perfectly in that kind of environment. Love this product.

Worth the money.
Super lightweight, setup and teardown is very fast. You will want additional insulation in the winter, but for fall through summer it is sufficient on its own.

This is my third one
This is my third one of these in the last few years. I use it when I'm trying to go light but this new one is for extra insulation this winter. They are just easy to use and pack up which is important with cold fingers! I wish Cascade Designs would make a version that is 25 inches wide. For those of us that sled pack in winter the extra width wouldn't be a problem like it might be on a pack.

This pad is great, lightweight
This pad is great, lightweight and does the job it's intended to do. Don't expect this pad to give the same comfort or insulation as an inflatable pad it's not made to compete with them. It's in a class of its own, very affordable, lightweight and worry free since it is not inflatable. Probably not the best option for quilt systems or cold environments. Design is best for above 40°.

I think what surprised me
I think what surprised me the most is how well I slept on this pad. It is light weight and compactable enough to fit in the original box where it packs to the original size. Even better, I used the opportunity to sleep on at the first night and I was extraordinarily delighted both the first time and every time afterward.

I cut it in half and use it as a pad to sit on while glassing. It's very light weight and comfortable.

Super Light. Super Simple (i.e. functional and durable)

Not enough padding at the hip for side sleepers
Love the low weight and how versatile it is to use (triples as a stove wind screen and sit pad). We both felt it didn't have quite enough cushion for the hip bone when sleeping on our sides. Back sleepers will be fine and we still like the pads; we just realized we also need to get inflatable pad for longer trips.

Simple but works!
I recently got back from a multi day hiking trip with a 80lb pack. I used this pad for under my inflatable mattress. It made for a great nights sleep. I also use it for a pad for sitting on the rough ground. My friends tried it out a bit when we were taking breaks and I know three of them have an order on for one of their own

As light as advertised!
I just got the mat so I have only used it a few times. It is light and easy to pack. I started using it under my inflatable sea to summit. The combination makes for a really good night's sleep. Only wish it was just a little wider.

Comfortable
I use this on long flights. It makes the airline seats tolerable. I removed four sections since I don't need it at my feet and to make it less bulky to carry. It can be folded to sit on or spread out to lie on.
