TRICIA M : Which of these sizes would fit a thermarest trail pro?PING V : They should all be long enough but go with the longer ones and just cut to length. The short one doesn't leave enough length to hold and cinch tight. They are too expensive for what they are. Just basic cinch straps. Just go to the camping/hiking section at Walmart and get some of the cheaper ones.KEVIN D : they were ok but i changed to velcro as it seems to strap tighter. hope this helps regards kevin

Therm-a-rest straps - for my need, they are a necessity

Straps help to minimize the size of my "large" solar therm-a-rest foam pad when backpacking and/or car camping.

Great for two!

I bought these about a year ago when my wife started backpacking with me. No better thing then to be able to cozy up at night and not falling into the gap of cold air that would be there if you only pushed pads together. The straps keep you together all night through all of the tosses and turns. It even works with two different pads! A must have for backpacking or car camping with that special someone.

Nice and thin, easy to fasten

The straps are nice and sturdy but light and thin. Haven't used them on trail yet, but I can tell they're going to work fine.

Must have for joining 2 mattresses together

Welcomed addition to a set of Thermarest mattresses. I have used these on my first set of mattresses since the inception of the Thermarest mattress. My first set where mattress specific the new designs allows for adjustment and the straps are long enough to accommodate the thickest Thermarest mattresses.

A very versatile item. These Therm-a-rest Mattress Straps (Pair) are very useful to buckle up your sleeping bag to your backpack. There are no-slip buckles so your gear stays tied. They have many other uses, like you can lash your dining room chairs together so that your child cannot pull out a chair and climb on the table, you can use to secure your child on a high chair.
