I like them but they may be a bit too wide in that they click together when swimming. I guess I'm not use to the width.

My previous pair of Speedo "zoomer" fins started to split after about 10 years of ownership. No complaints there, I think that's a reasonable lifetime. I ordered these as a replacement and I'm very pleased with the fit, comfort, and style. The only problem is that after only a couple of days, my dog decided one of them was a chew toy. Now I need to replace this pair after less than a week. I can't blame Speedo for that though

I train in these at least 3 times per week. The rubber is pliable and thus very easy on the feet. Fin size just right for fitness workouts.

Quality SWIM FINS not for open water or cave diving. Great for pool and calm water. Provides a great calf muscle burn( as opposed to upper thigh) Approximately 15% less propulsion/ less efficient ( as measured in 90 minute swims in natural spring runs when compared to longer type fins). Recommended as part of your fin/swim routine.

I love the way the design performs as I swim laps, well balanced thrust vs resistance, however....the fins have begun to significantly rip apart near the toe opening on both sides of the toe, where tne arch over the foot meets the fin, on both fins. Very dissapointing.

I use these swim fins to build strength/endurance for triathlons and long-distance swims and to perfect my kicking form. As an added bonus, it really relieves the anterior ankle impingement by stretching my ankles out. (People often use fins to increase flexibility in their ankles, which improves kick form and power.) Using the fins really helped me build up my quad strength, especially when doing the back stroke. I also find it helps my glute and core strength, but not as much as my quads. I also found I could swim for a longer amount of time without irritating my rotator cuff, which sometimes flares up in a hard swim workout. I wear size 6-6.5/36 in street shoes, and I wear size 7-7.5 in running shoes (second, brooks, and nike). The red X-small were a little too loose on me. They worked fine in the pool, but then I stupidly wore them in the Gulf of Mexico...and lost one of the fins! Boo. By I will buy the same fins in the same size, as I fear the xx-small will be too tight. But I sure won't be wearing them in the ocean, no matter how calm the seas seem!

I bought this for my daughter who is 7 years old and she loves them. She told me that she wanted flippers to help her with her kick and wanted some to looked just like her dad. I had bought myself some TYR flippers but after seeing and feeling here's I'm definitely ordering me a pair also.

Had another pair of fins from another company. The other fins never fit right and I had to buy swim socks to fit and were a pain to put on. To my surprise after 2 years of very little use the back tore. These fins fit perfectly and swimming with them I feel more balanced in the water.

I bought these for my 12 year old son who swims competitively. We've had difficulty finding the right fins. Some caused blisters, pain, or irritation. After trying almost every brand and style of fins we tried these. Perfecto! My son loved these and the fit is great. No need for fin socks or any type of modifications. Thanks Speedo for a great product. My son thanks you.

I use these for kick sets and light yardage in the pool a few times a week...they make me work harder than the long fins supplied at the poolside...exactly what I was looking for.

First, the quality of the fins appears to be very good. My problem is with the sizing of the fins. I ordered and received size XXL which was sized to be 13-14 US men. I have size 13 W feet and I have a real problem getting my feet into the fins. Once I force my feet into the fins my feet feel like they are in a tourniquet. If you have a 14 W foot I do not see any way that you can get your feet into these fins. The XXL fin is really sized for a very narrow 13 foot or maybe a 11-12 size foot. So, why did I keep the fins? I needed fins and have no swim stores within 150 miles that I can visit to try on fins. Thus, I will continue to CRAM my feet into these fins until I am able to visit a swim shop where I can try on the fins. I think that Speedo needs to revisit its sizing of its fins. In fact, I recommend that Speedo speak to its Malaysian manufacturer to increase the foot sizing mold of its fins. One other interesting note: These are the first of several Speedo fins that I have owned that do not float. Be careful putting them on or taking them off in deep water or you will have to dive to retrieve them. Been there done that! If your feet are of a size that fits the Speedo Switchblade fins, then I can recommend these fines. If you have a wide foot, you may need to consider selecting a larger size or a different fin. The fins seem to work well - I use them as part of my regular masters swim team practices. I ordered women's size 9-10 (I'm a 9.5) and they fit a little too snug for my liking - my big toe hangs too far out the end and wears a blister. I'd be afraid a size up would be too large. Orherwise a great workout tool.
