Bought these boots for a trip to Iceland and they held up against everything Iceland had to throw at me: trekking through mud, water puddles, snow, ice, rocky terrain, sandy beaches, city pavements, etc...you name it, these boots kept my feet dry and warm through it all. I only had to wear one pair of woolen socks and my feet had room to breathe and still be toasty warm. Not ONCE did I got blisters nor had to break in these boots before the trip. The only downside is the sizing - they do run small so be sure to size up one whole size. I am normally an 8 in shoe size and sized up to a 9 to have them fit comfortably.

I live in Colorado and spend a lot of time up in the mountains. This is a great boot for walking around down and post-skiing. I also have the Joan of Artic boot for more outdoor/winter hiking. These are my favorite for hanging around town. They keep my feet warm and dry and more more comfortable than the Joan of Artics.

I was so nervous ordering these since all the reviews said it ran super small. I did however size a half-size up and they fit perfectly! Normally i wear a 6 and the 6.5 fit great. The only reason I took a star away is because they are on the narrower side so if you?re looking to wear thicker socks, this is not the boot (unless you size a whole size or whole size and a half up, but regular socks are fine and there?s still wiggle room). I would recommend? so warm!!

I bought these boots in black the winter of 2020 and have worn them so much and they are in great shape. They are comfortable and help keep your feet warm with the Sherpa-like lining. They truly are water proof but without the rubbery look like a duck boot or wellies. I?ve worn them a lot in the snow and rain and my feet are always comfortable. I usually wear a size 10 in many shoes but these run about a size too small so I had to order the size 12 for a comfortable fit with socks. 10/10 would recommend getting these!

I bought these a month ago, and have worn them everyday since. They're so cute and comfortable, but yesterday they were truly put to the test. I was walking on the ice on the very shallow shoreline, stepped on a crack and my whole foot/boot when through the ice into the water. I was miles from home, and not a drop of water went through. I was able to continue my walk and was comfortable and warm the whole way home. My only note for Sorel, the sizing is small. I had to go up a size, but now that I know that, I'll be looking for my next pair. Thank you!

Ok, I actually love these boots. I usually wear anywhere from a 7.5-8 depending on type of shoe and brand. Based on what other reviews here have stated, with sorel size up. So I sized up to an 8.5 which is doable for sure. However, I can't get a thick winter sock on comfortably with these boots but I can get a normal crew sock on with them and they're still comfy. With that being said, this is a narrow boot. So if I went up to a 9 I can't be sure it would help. I feel like they would just end up longer rather than wider since they do have a narrow toe box. Can't attest to the durability or waterproof statement yet since this is day 1 with these boots.

I went with a full size up and they were still too tight, especially left foot at the edge of my foot. These are made so narrow, they gave my blisters. BUT, I stuck a large pill bottle into the toe box of the boot for about 3-4 days. They fit perfect now, just needed to be stretched out. These boots are so cute I?m glad I didn?t send them back.

I just bought these and they are soooo comfortable! Like all the reviews say size up. I did only a half a size and probably could have done a full size up.

Writing this because I was conflicted after reading all the reviews about sizing. I?ve always gone one size up with Sorel so that?s what I went with and it?s a good fit. They?re warm with normal socks and there?s enough room for a heavier wool sock. I got these in the brown and green color with the Sherpa lining and I?ve only worn these once so far but they?re pretty comfortable. They do seem fairly sturdy and well-constructed. I also got a pair for my mom and she likes them as well.

I bought these boots last year because I thought they would be cute and practical for the winter. However, the sizing is way off, way too big, and they don't keep my feet warm at all! I wear double socks that help keep my feet warm in other boots not made for snow, but these don't at all. Even walking my dog about a mile and my toes are frozen.

I?m only giving these a 4 because I think there needs to be a little more education around sizing in the description. I can wear sizes 8.5-10 depending on the shoe, but frequent the 9-9.5 range in most cases. After reading the reviews for these boots, I was torn between 9.5 & 10. I think it?s important to note, I?m not a thick sock wearer, rather would wear no socks.. but for the sake of winter boots, thin pair of socks usually work out perfect for me. Most of the reviews here tell you to go up in size, but because I live in Chicago, it?s important to have almost a size too small for winter boots. That room between top of toes and your toes will make or break you sliding on ice, truly. When I got the 9.5, I tried them on and immediately wished I got the 10, but then I brought myself back to reality and had to consider functionality. If you are buying these for winter purposes, rather than aesthetics.. I?d highly suggest your true size, at most a .5 size up. SNUG IS SAFER.

I am consistently 7.5 in Sorel boots (the Joan of Arctic wedges) and take an 8 in the kinetics. I followed the other reviewers recommendations and sized up a full size to 8.5. They fit comfortable/snug in length and width. Any smaller would have not worked. They are warm and great for longs walks!

Curry color is amazing. Definitely size up -- I normally wear a 9 but ordered a 9.5 and they fit well.

The quality is amazing, to me the only problem is it runs too small. I am 8.5 and ordered 9 which is usually my size in boots and fits perfect but this one was a little tight so one of my friends bought it because it fitted her, now I want to order 9.5 and the dont have in stock in Quarry which is the one that I ordered. So I recommend to size up a full size just to make sure.

I usually wear a 6 in Sorel boots. I ordered a 6.5 in these but have to exchange for a 7. They are lightweight and hopefully warm.

I purchased this boot because I wanted a shorter boot with the same comfort, warmth, and style. I sized up a whole size but only needed a half size up and would have been good. My daughter loved the look of mine so wanted a pair. She loved the look and the warmth but hated that it had a small heel. She does a lot of outdoor photography and is on her feet for long periods of time and said it was uncomfortable. I only wanted to mention for anyone who needs to take the heel into consideration.

I really like the design of the boots, it?s comfy and warm too. So far I own many pairs of Sorel both sandals and boots, I like their quality! I agree with most reviewers here, the boots does run a bit tight ( I have a slightly wide feet) and I take their advise order half a size up. Luckily the shoes looks smaller they don?t look bulky and big. Even with half a size up and wearing a pair of liners only I still feel snug. Since I live in Southern CA so I should be fine with thin socks. So I would say if you have: Wider feet, warmer winters, up half a size Slim feet, warm / snow winters, up half a size Wide feet, cold snowy winters, up one full size!

I bought these for winter so I haven?t worn them outside (in snow) yet. I am usually an 8-8.5 and I purchased a 9 thinking it would be big(lol) but it fit perfect! It looks cute-not too clunky at all and my feet have perfect wiggle room for thick socks.

I love these boots... I got them in black size 9. I can wear thicker socks and the boot still fits comfortably. Shipping was very fast too. The boots are very good-looking and very comfortable. Love the traction on the bottom too. I am happy as hell about my purchase!

I was hesitant because I wear size 8 and saw that these ran small, but there was no 8.5 so I stuck with 8?s. I find that they are true to size because the 8?s fit me perfectly! Not too narrow and no uncomfortable rubbing anywhere, love the height of the sole and the sturdy back so they?re easy to put on. I highly recommend if you?re looking for cute, waterproof winter boots!!

I bought these to prepare for the miserable winter weather. I wore these boots during a week of subfreezing temperatures followed by two snow storms, and my feet were always warm and dry. The boots are also incredibly comfortable. Even though the boots are a little pricey I felt they were a great investment.

I own a food truck and this is the first year my feet are warm and comfortable for 12+ hours. You don?t have to wear thick socks. I wear compression booties. I love these boots. Buying a 2nd pair on sale.

The boots are super cute and stylish. I normally wear a size 6 but I ordered a 6.5 and they fit perfectly. They are a bit narrow so if you have wider feet, maybe order a full size up. The inside is super soft and I love the feminine look! I got the black and now want to order the khaki. love love love!

Love these boots. Easy on, with the heavy duty loop at the back, easy off, with simple laces. Sturdy sole without being heavy. Very waterproof. Have walked confidently through deep slushy puddles and not had any leakage. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they do not come up very high on the shin, so not great for deep snow. I'm usually a 10 and ordered 10.5 and they fit great even with thick socks.

I love these boots. As soon as I put them on, my feet warmed up. They are so comfortable and look great. I would definitely size up a half a size. I usually wear a 6.5. I ordered a 7 and the fit perfectly with moderately thick socks. I would go a full size up with think insulated socks.

I recently purchased these with some reservations on the sizing. I typically wear a size 8 (US) in sneakers and from what I saw in previous reviews it suggested to size up by half. If you plan on wearing regular socks then there's no need to size up. If you need to wear thicker socks I can see the need to go up by half. They are good quality and very comfortable. The entire inside of the boots are lined which makes them very cozy. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

Perfect for the crazy city commute life
By OCNYCgal
Living in NYC can be tough in the winter especially if you don?t have the right winter boot. I use these to commute from Brooklyn to Manhattan daily and they keep my feet nice and toasty. I?m someone who is always cold even at times during the summer but these boots are the best I?ve had. They?re great for the city snow because they sweep the streets but you?d probably want a taller boot shaft if you get heavy deep snow. They?re easy to walk in all day but still nice enough to wear at night w...

Best shearling boot
By nancylou
Of the three pair of sorel that I own, this is the best in terms of support, warmth, and ease of getting off and on. The Tivoli is more supportive than the Out and About and also dressier. So go ahead. The purchase is clearly worth it.
Sporty Winter Staple
Sorel's updated 5-star Tivoli features sleeker lines but the same flurry-defying functionality you love. Featuring waterproof suede and leather, 100g warm insulation, no-slip rubber traction sole, and a walk-all-day EVA footbed this little boot packs a big punch.
