Good Product, bad condition

This is a great commuter mug. Keeps my coffee hot for hours. Unfortunately, the condition of the mugs I received (6ea) were very scratched up (looked like shipping damage). It was too close to Christmas for me to return and re-order, so I just had to give my family the scratched mugs. Recommend the mugs, but not ordering again from Sunny Sports
