Spend time enjoying the outdoors not pumping wster

Took this backpacking this last week. 2 of my friends used a competitors product to squeeze their way to filtered water. I setup my GravityWorks 6.0 hung it in a tree and set up my tent and then my chair and enjoyed some cool fresh water. Hands down easiest and best way to filter water in my opinion.

GravityWorks 6.0L is a winner!

I'm thrilled Platypus has come up with the 6.0L GravityWorks. For larger groups the size makes a difference! I switched to the 4.0L a few years back after my frustration with another leading brand that really failed in efficiency. And now the 6.0L puts it over the top for me. I just wish there was an easy way to dry out the Clean Bag...that's a tough one before storing.

Best water filter I've owned

I finally got this filter system out on the trail over the weekend and it performed better than I could have imagined. Originally when I went to buy I wanted the 4L system but it was sold out so I went for the 6L and it was the right move. It supplied our group of 3 with quick water for drinking, cooking, and rinsing off after our days. The only fault I have with this is that there's no way included with the kit to keep the clean and dirty tubes separate, but its an easy fix with a zip-lock bag. Overall this is an awesome product and I highly recommend it

Pretty awesome design. Very useful.

I use this for remote Jeep camping and its part of my emergency equipment for home and travel. It's good to know that I can "make" water anywhere. It's light enough that if you needed a lot of water while backpacking it could go along. It is so simple to use....and no more pumping! It could use some caps for the hoses while not in use to keep them clean.
