Awesome pump! I was never able to get the drop stitch floor on my 14ft Star raft up to the 8lb specify. No issue with this pump!

It works fine. I also like the kayak, however I am glad I had previously paddled a similar one. I think you are a bit short on instruction. I'm still not sure i have the deflation procedure correct. Do I rotate the valve stem some way as my friend does with his model? Please advise.

Great when it's working

Works well once it's connected and provided it's been lubed. The hose doesn't spin for connecting to a Leafield valvee, which is surprisingly annoying, and the gasket in the top WILL fail and cause sticking if it's not lubricated regularly. You can remove the gasket and it'll work as a single pump in a pinch.

Under-engineered, yet inexpensive (Related?)

Bought a Superpump (from a dealer) late in 2021. They did not inform me that I'd need an adapter for my old Tributary Tomcat Solo. things you should know if you're considering a Superpump: ? Based on the number of strokes it takes to inflate my rig, it's just better that 50% more efficient than an old foot pump (43 strokes vs. 100). But no less effort?be prepared. ? The Summit 2 adapter is inexpensive, but also under-engineered, as is the pump's hose. Both should have swivels. As it is, one must search for the ideal placement of pump & hose to keep the adapter secure so it won't pop out. A little more forethought and this irksomeness could have been avoided. ? Other reviewers say the pump gives out after a season. Hope not ? The gauge is completely useless for my purposes (2.5psi). Haven't tried it for anything else. However, the first mark is 4psi, so if it were at all accurate, 2.5psi ought to register. It doesn't.

Adequate, but poor design

We have (2) IKs and it gets the job done...you'll work up a sweat. As mentioned, there are no instructions, but thanks to customer service I figured it out. The worst part is the stupid stiff hose. It's a huge hassle to attach! I'm trying to figure out how to cut off the one end (The other has a clamp) and MacGyver a new hose. It's the details in life that provide the 5 stars...just a little more effort would have accomplished this.
