Engineered for critical rescue operations, the R140 Rescue Raft supports large teams and heavy gear in rough, unpredictable environments. Its advanced-formula PVC construction with seam-welded technology offers exceptional abrasion resistance and durability, while the 4" drop-stitch floor and dual drop-stitch thwarts inflate up to 10 psi for a rigid, responsive platform. The design balances high flotation with stability and maneuverability making it suitable for paddle crews or a rowing frame with motor mount.

Rescue-Ready Design With Practical Features
The R140 features four outer chambers, a drop-stitch floor, and two thwarts to maintain flotation in case of chamber failure. Pressure relief valves on each chamber prevent overinflation, and frame wear patches with reinforced bottom tubes add long-term resilience. Equipped with 22 D-rings and 16 handles, the raft ensures versatile gear tie-down and portaging options. Floor slots and D-ring placements allow rigging for vertical deployment, while foot cups and interior handles give paddlers reliable anchoring points during swiftwater rescues.

Visibility, Functionality, and Durability
The zippered floor pocket houses the 4" insert with 4000 denier PVC on the bottom and 1000 denier on top, maximizing durability. Outside reflective patches, hi-vis fabric, and clear mission markings enhance visibility during emergency operations. The Batten Attachment Thwart system offers quick removal, and Leafield C7 & D7 valves ensure reliable inflation and deflation. A repair kit and high-pressure inflation pump are included for field maintenance.
