This incredibly well-built chair is surprisingly lightweight, making it an excellent choice for those who want to conserve weight while still enjoying comfort. The reclining feature is fantastic, and the little clip-in pad prevents the chair from sinking into the ground. However, I did have a few minor issues. First, if I'm not in the right position, the upper poles will dig into my shoulder blades until I readjust myself. Second, the mesh seat is great during warmer weather but can be a bit breezy in the winter. To address this, a small pad or cloth can be helpful. Overall, this is a well-thought-out piece of backpacking furniture that I highly recommend to others.

Love this chair! I've already brought it with me on a couple quick backpacking camping trips. I love the lightweight, comfort of this thing! I'll be taking it on a moose hunt in Alaska this September as well! So happy I bought this chair! Couldn't be more pleased with it!

I bought this chair for backpacking to replace my helo ox chair. Not only is this chair lighter, it's easier to assemble, is elevated off the ground and has an adjustable back. I think the fact that the roll case doubles as a ground cloth for sandy spots. It's also more durable than a stuff sack and can be left at home for weight savings.

I took this chair on a four-day loop through Fish and Owl Canyons in Bears Ears National Monument. It's a tough environment: sandy, rocky, jagged, scrambly. I chose to leave the floor piece at home to lighten the weight. It worked like a charm! Comfy, lightweight, really nice to pull out at the end of a day of backpacking. Sinking into the sand wasn't a problem even though I didn't take the floor piece. Definitely recommended!

Love this chair! Incredibly lightweight, and easy shape/size to pack into just about anything. I've already taken it kayak-camping in the first week of use. It kept me out of the cold sand for almost a week, and with some rinsing to the poles afterwards, it's still going strong. The sand saver is a great little add. If you do use the sand saver and pack the chair away with your things, recommend putting it into a stuff sack so it doesn't dirty things.

This chair has become my stable and follows me everywhere I go. I usually leave it in my car and will take it after every mountain outing for our quick lunch break or to relax by the lake. It's so small, easy to setup, and quite comfortable! There is no way you can regret having this piece of equipment- truly a must have for every outdoor enthusiast!

Took this on a backpacking trip 2 weeks ago. Light weight, easy to assemble, and easy to fit in the pack.

Just recently bought this chair and have only taken on one trip so far. But chair was excellent with its first uses. Sets up easily and packs away even better.

Bought this recently. Ultra light. Packs well. The design and materials are top-notch. The thought that went into every aspect shows. Very pleased.

This chair has been amazing, it fits into any pack even a drawstring sack that you'd use for a gym bag. I'm run a lot of ranges and go underway with crafts that dont have any sort of seating accommodations so having this chair be able to pack down to fit anywhere is such a little luxury. Comfort, so far I've done four 4hr transits sitting in it and have to say its extremely comfortable. Im 5'10 205lbs and its an extremely sturdy chair, the reclining feature is awesome for either relaxing and kicking back or sitting it up to be able to talk to your coworkers. Awesome job NEMO!

I just used this for a hunt. Rolled up nice and tight and slid right into my side pocket on my pack. If you are intentional you can set this up with very little noise. The support was perfect and the seat back adjustment worked really well. On top of all that, this thing is soooo light! It will be my go to for any time I spend in the woods.

I have taken this backpacking multiple times. It is the only real chair I would consider for an actual backpacking trip. Light, comfortable, and get you out of the dirt!! Because of its lightweight, you cannot abuse it, but if you are good to it-it is plenty strong! I am the age that I can still pack but I don't want to sit in the dirt-this chair is the cure.

The poles went right through the rubber piece that connects to the poles. Im in the army so iahev used it pretty frequently out in the field but now I can't. Other than that no problems I just am unable to use it now and there's no way to just buy the price for that I qoukd have to rebuy a whole other chair

This chair is a couple of ounces heavier than some other chairs, but it feel so much more sturdy. The "no sink" multi use cover is a nice touch.

I used to go back and forth with myself while backpacking on whether or not to bother with a chair. But now I never leave this one behind! It's so light you forget about it and extremely comfortable as well.

I've been taking this on my bikepack trips, bike rides to the park and hikes. I got tired of sitting on the ground or on a stump with a little mat. This is WAY better. I like the adjustable feature and how light it is.

We're using these to take on vacation/travel. The reclining feature is a huge bonus and different from competition. The case doubling as a platform when in use is also clever. The snap-in-place connectors are also smart. These guys really know their user and know how to solve problems. We're very impressed

Love this chair. It is super light and easy to carry on the long hauls. It's nice that the chair storage doubles as a base pad for the feet. Other ultra light chair companies sell this separately. My only complaint about the chair is that it could be about an inch wider. I wouldn't think that would add too much weight and would make the chair even more comfortable. As it is the sides dig into my hips a little bit. Not so much that I wouldn't recommend the chair as is, but a little wider would give it 5 stars from me.

I tried my buddy's Moonlite Elite Chair while backpacking in the Sierras and was instantly sold. The two-way buckle strap system lets you sit upright for cooking or cards, then recline to relax by the fire. Lightweight and compact, it's an easy 'yes' for my pack.

Like other Nemo products, this is as advertised. Lightweight, easy to assemble, packable - everything you want in a camp chair. My only issue is that it's too narrow for me. I'm 6', 190lbs and my legs press into the poles and straps too much.

Easy to assemble, so light and compact and love the lemon color. Feels sturdy and the bag that also acts like a rug is a smart feature

I decided to treat myself and pick up the Moonlite Elite chair. It's just over a pound, my old chair was over 2 pounds. The adjustment of this chair is great, simple to use. I find this chair more comfortable than my old one due to the open sides as well as being able to adjust the angle. The Moonlite Elite is much faster to set up as well as pack up. Don't have to deal with trying to get it just right to put it into a bag.

Great lightweight chair. Only have used it a few times so far, so time will tell if it is durable or not. Looking forward to adventures! I am hoping the plastic snaps hole up compared to the fabric loops I am used to. The lean function is nice, but there is not a huge difference between the 2 settings.

I took the Elite on a first hike recently into the Linville Gorge Wilderness Area in NC. The mileage was minimal but as usual, very steep and rugged. I was very pleased and will be taking it on all of my day hiking and backpacking pursuits moving forward. I'm 66yo, 5'10", 185#s and it was very comfortable. I experienced no pinch-points to speak of or cutting into my legs. I found the full upright position to be the most comfortable, for me anyway. I'm fortunate to have the Moonlite original chair as well and while it will be my choice for concerts, car camping, sporting events, etc., the Elite will be in my pack every time when venturing into the backcountry!

How great is this little chair! Used it for a 3 day trip into the Marbles. This thing will never leave my pack. That is saying something from a guy with a base weight of 15lbs. Thank you Nemo for killing it once again!
