Nemo Dagger OSMO 2 Person Ultralight Backpacking Tent

I've had my older Nemo dagger for three years now, just got the new one. The old one was no slouch. Just a couple weeks ago it scoffed at a thunderstorm. I also like that the floor can fit two 25 inch pads, it was actually comfortable putting two people in it even with slightly uneven terrain and a mild slope. It may be a little on the heavy side, but it packs down incredibly well. My only gripes with the old one were that getting in & out were annoying and the landing zone was annoying to attach. The new version fixes both issues, and now I find myself with a near perfect tent.

We have been using this for 3 years now, and there's is yet to be a sign of wear. Very sturdy and easy to set up tent. We are very pleased and recommend this to everyone!

This is my second Dagger. I still use and love my first, but my outdoor group has expanded in size, so I opted for another Dagger. I gave my first Dagger a 5/5 rating, but this tent, is even improved from the original. There is more sitting up space, the interior pockets are improved, and maybe most importantly, the guy-out points have been added to and improved upon. This tent will go places, and together we will see things.

This tent is an absolute must buy!! From its light weight and durable materials, to its extremely spacious interior there is no quantifiable downside to this tent. If you are debating on this tent vs any other, look no further. This is it, this is the one you want.

I recently purchased this tent and am excited by how spacious and lightweight it is, and how small it packs. It comfortably holds two people laying side by side, with heads on the same side and two rectangular sleeping pads. There is not much additional room on the sides inside the tent for gear, but there is additional room at your feet (as well as pockets down low and up high, and clips across the ridgeline of the tent on the inside for additional gear and/or a clothesline). There is a lot of headroom as well; I'm 6' tall and can easily sit up with room to spare. The vestibules are huge as well, with a lot of room for bags and shoes. I haven't had the tent out in the rain yet, so I can't comment on the function of the OSMO fabric, but I really appreciate the colors. They emit a nice warm glow in the morning, providing a cheerful start to the day!

I bought this tent two years ago. I use it for hunting season and it works great. I haven't had any issues at all. The only issue I had was the tent poles twisted around in 80 km hour winds haha and kind of fold it in on itself. The polls did not brea. That might've been my fault not tying ALL the guide down.

Like my year old Dagger. I approve of your now putting the bottom of the fly pullouts in the center of the new re-design for wind. I do wish it were brighter lime green just in Osmo. I loved my old Espri design, just not the construction and would like to have an Osmo version done. Front doors are now out of fashion. I still have a Rivendell Bomb Shelter from 1974. And my favorite of all, my Bibler Fitzroy. The Dagger may yet make the list!

I love how easy it is to assemble this tent, the color coded option makes it super easy to know which way it goes. I love how tall the tent is, makes it really comfortable to hang out inside the tent and also has lots of storage to dry off and store our stuff while we sleep. I love how light and small the tent packs down to and is perfect for all kind of weather.
