brian k : can this product be used in a high efficiency (HE) washer?David W : YES non sudsingANDREW P : I used it per direction guideline with a HE front load washer, and to be sure, I did it 2X. Given that i made a mistake washing my Burton AK gortex 3-layer ski clothing with regular soap, i was hoping using this product would restore the outer layer of its water resistance, but the result was not as what i had expected: yes, it does improve the water resistance but not 100%. I would say about 70-80% at best. On a light steady snowing day while sitting on the chair lift, snow accumulated on my jackets and pants. There were large wet spots on the collar, shoulder and thigh areas. However, like i said i works but not 100%. Hope i answered your question. BestJohn W : It is perfect for an HE machine.
