Looks good, feels great to wear. Love the smaller size for portability but you can still fit so much into the bag. Great for everyday carry, traveling for a day or two

Good for day to day, almost perfect for Air Travel
So far, 6 trips with this as my main carry on. The pocket layouts are great. Quality is great. Only thing missing is luggage pass through, and wish it could sit upright on its own.

Sleek slim backpack
The bag is great just a little too small for me. I exchanged for the next size up and I love it. If all you need to carry is a lap top and not much else this is your bag.

Best 2-3day travel backpack
I bought this backpack for short trips because in the common laptop backpack you cannot fit a lot of clothes for 2 or 3 days, this one is perfect, feels very good with quality materials, and look very nice

Best NorthFace Backpack I have purchased
The configuration of this backpack allows for so much more to be put inside. Was able to put multiple jackets and beanies/gloves into it for a trip when I couldn't take oversized luggage.

The primary use is for travelling. It's a great size but lacking suitcase slip through slot.

Classy and surprisingly durable
Was looking for a more streamline backpack for work, as I generally have to dress business, casual, but don't like suitcases or anything like that. This fit the bill of being classy and minimal, while still being comfortable and surprisingly durable.

Almost perfect -- but poor quality materials.
I love everything about this bag -- except it feels thin and cheap. Which sucks, cuz otherwise the bag is amazing! It just feels very poor quality compared to other TPU-material bags I own. Bummed.

Sleek and minimal. Sturdy bottom, so things don't sag. Boxy design, so it sits upright. Material feels nice, can get scuffed. Bottle holder is stiff, since the elastics keep the pockets flush/down. I am the new hot guy at the office

This is my favorite backpack of all time!
I love so much about this backpack. The pockets are thoughtful-- I love the zippered one inside of the main pocket. The front bottom pocket has a soft lining, and the front top pocket has nice organization. If I overfill the top, it can get top-heavy, but that is my only complaint. This bag has gotten me stopped in airports for people to ask if it is waterproof, and I would say it is a nice water resistant material that wipes clean. It is thick and durable. I would repurchase again and again.

Nearly Perfect!
Overall this bag is great! There are so many useful compartments and alone is perfect for a weekend trip, especially if you're going straight from the office. Toiletry bag + clothes fit nicely in the main compartment and my laptop, kindle, and notebook each have their own separate spaces. The only reason this is a 4 star review rather than 5 star is because there is no luggage pass through slot on the back of the bag. I have a feeling the chest clip will do the job when needed but it's such an easy thing to implement that all backpacks - especially travel ones should have, in my opinion.

Not waterproof
Was satisfied with my backpack until today when it rained a bit and all the stuff inside immediately got wet, very disappointing considering the cost of the bag and what was promised by The North Face. The way the compartments are divided alongside the tightness of the water bottle holders is also kind of strange so it's hard to fit large items into the bag. Otherwise, I have gotten lots of compliments and it's comfortable to wear.

This is the best backpack I've ever owned! Initially my husband bought me the larger version of this backpack for travel. I love that backpack, but thought a smaller version would be great for my daily work commute. I love the many separate compartments to include the laptop compartment. Not only that, the backside that rests against your back is padded, but also firm, allowing the backpack to hold it's shape. Once I got this backpack, my husband got jealous and bought himself one! Would buy again, would recommend!

I've been using this product for two weeks and I haven't had any complaints.
The quantity of different size pockets allows one to carry multiple things: two pair of sneakers, a Tupper, two water bottles and you still have room for more things.
