I recently received this item and I'm loving it so far! I bought it to replace a Surge I've had since 2013, and it's been a great replacement. It is slightly smaller than my Surge was, which is perfect for my current needs.

This RECON pack is used for tours by a person of advanced years. Works great to store all the items, including two cameras and all associated accessories, cold and/or rain gear, collapsible cane, extra meds, first aid kit, snacks, water and all the other items that 79 years of experience considers necessary for wandering about both new and familiar places in the world. Not only does it have ample room for all those things, it's also comfortable to carry. Can't think of anything I would change...
