Its perfect! Ive never been a backpack person, but Im traveling out of the country and wanted something more multifunctional than a handbag. Ive already used it several times for weekend trips and although its very slim, surprisingly it holds a lot, and Im an overpacker. Best purchase Ive made in awhile!

If you a real looking for a thin bag this is perfect. Super padded so ur gear will be protected. Great for carrying a small laptop no more than 15 in screen. Also holds my 10.1 tablet. Small pocket is great for keys and Id holder. And there is places to attach other items. Currently, hooked a thermos holder. Will say it is long, about 19in. Also has enough organization space for pens and misc. objects.

My old backpack fell apart just as I graduated from school. I'm now working and taking some classes to apply to grad school. I love that this backpack has a streamlined look and will only hold what I absolutely need. I was afraid to get a backpack of typical size because as a petite woman, larger backpacks make me look like a high schooler. Or a turtle. I knew this was a small backpack and was surprised to see how small it actually was when I got it. However, I have since learned how to "pack" it with what I need and it fits a lot more than I expected. I currently have my tablet (with keyboard case), two notebooks, about 3 stacks of flashcards, my bill-sized wallet, clifbars, hand sanitizer, ibuprofen, a tube of hand lotion, a few pens, lip balm, gum, earphones, and my sunglasses. I will admit that when I pack the larger pocket (where my notebooks are), it does make it a little difficult to access the individual pockets in the medium pocket. I love pockets, so being able to keep organized without having to fish for items at the bottom of my bag is a big plus. Unfortunately there is no waterbottle pouch, but I usually tend to carry my drinks by hand anyway. The padded straps and back panel offer great support. I don't often use the chest strap, but it came in handy when navigating through the airport with other bags. I definitely recommend this backpack to any commuter out there. It's much better for your back than a one-shoulder laptop bag, it's small so you don't have to worry about knocking someone over in a crowded train, and there is great built-in support for those long commutes. I've tried it, I love it, I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
