Great winter coat
This coat is great! I live in VA where it's great for colder days and it keeps me pretty warm even in colder places like upstate NY. I purchased the heather navy color and I love it! I am 5'0" and weigh 100 lbs. I bought the small instead of the extra small because I am always cold and need to wear a lot of layers. The small lets me comfortably wear a sweater and a soft-shell underneath. The small comes to my mid-calves.

Toasty Warm
I bought this coat to wear to Chicago, and the weather did not disappoint. It was in the single digits or below during my stay. So glad to have this coat. It is lightweight but oh so warm! The cold winds blew and I was still warm. I wanted the longer coat for the extreme cold, and was pleased. Love the color as well. You can't beat North Face for quality. Sturdy zipper which is easy to open and close from top or bottom. Sleeve length perfect for my 5 ft 9 inch height. Love this coat!

Great coat
This was a gift for my wife and she loved it. The color is great and it is very warm. She wanted it a bit larger to be able to still wear layers under it and she was happy with the sizing.

The North Face Metropolis Parka for Women offers you a stylish protection during cold winter days. This long parka protects your upper body and your waist from the cold, throughout the day. Made with a nylon taffeta exterior and a high-loft 550-fill down, this product is durable and it insulates you completely. Adding further protection is the DWR finish, which makes this garment waterproof. You also have a brushed chin guard which prevents your chin from getting chafed. If you feel the need for some ventilation, you have a two-way front-zipper that you can open up as you need, without having to remove any layers of clothing. It also features a hood that can be detached if you do not need it. With The North Face Metropolis Parka for Women, the cold weather is no longer a deterrent for any outing!
