It is great for layering and it's true to size. The material is thinner than I expected. Wish it had thumb holes.

This is the perfect sweater/jacket to throw on anytime. It's also a great layering piece. I bought 2 other colors because I fell in love. I hope they never discontinue this style.

Lightweight, warm and wear on trail and street
I own other North Face but reach for this fleece the most. It's lightweight but very warm and fitted. Easy to pack for on trail, but great mid layer in winter or perfect outside in spring/fall temps. Blue- grey has a green tint and is a very nice understated color.

A little snug fitting
This is a nice lightweight jacket. It runs a little snug. After reading about this jacket, I decided to order a size larger. Glad I did.

I would buy this jacket again

Hiking and everyday!
Very thin, stretchy and yet still warm. Got blue color- it's a perfect neutral bluish green grey- goes with everything. Will wear on long day hikes and love it for around town.

Not really a fleece but it works
I bought this to replace a very old TNF full-zip fleece and overall it is fine. I don't love the material as much as conventional fleece styles - this more of a matte/knit fabric than a fleece (that attracts more lint), but it does what I need it to.

Doesn't have much stretch .
Bought this for my mom she likes it .The only downfall is that it isn't as stretchy as we thought it would be . Fits pretty snug .

Great Fleece!
We live in the Pacific Northwest and this has been a cold fall and winter so far. I wear a medium and this fleece fits great. I wear it around the house and as a layer under my rain gear when we head outside.

Great light weight jacket, looks sleek, warmth without bulk

Love all things North Face, but this one is extra special. This is lightweight, but warm. I love the sleek fit - no bulk. It's stretchy, too, so I can move freely. I wear this layered to extra warmth, or as a sweater when conducting trainings for work - it looks sporty but appropriate for work as an instructor. I highly recommend this jacket. The sizing is spot on - I usually wear a medium in North Face jackets, and the medium fits well. For reference, I am 150 lbs, 5'8'' and average build.

This jacket is awesome, especially for moms that want a functional, cute layering option. The pockets are huge, easily fit a phone with extra room. I am normally a medium in NF fleece jackets (5'5" 145 lbs) and chose a medium in this jacket as well. It fits great without being too tight in the shoulders or chest. It is a slimmer fit than the Oslo jacket i have, but still very comfortable and somewhat loose. I'm a few months postpartum and love how it makes me look slimmer than I am!
