Wonderful
I love the fit, color, and function of this parka. It keeps me warm and blocks the wind. It also fits nicely over layers and hits me in the right place below my thighs.

I would buy again, great choice
Much better than I thought it would be!!! Love the comfort and warmth level. Length is great for cold Ohio days even with wind chill. Avil color is nice and medium is true to size.

It' the name and worth the money
It's very light and warm. You don't feel the thickness or heavy at all but so warm in frigid weather. Not the first one that I own, and will purchase same branch name again

Most definitely, recommend the Women's Aconcagua Parka.
This one of the best coats I have ever owned. North face never disappoints, which is why I remain a loyal customer. The coat is warm, which is essential for the bitter cold temperatures during winters in Chicago. Its practical, looks good, and feels comfortable.

I wear my NF jacket all the time during the winter months in the PNW. It fits perfect, the bottom of the parka goes below my knees, not puffy and always comfortable to wear. On warmer days, I wear my other North Face jacket that is a standard size.

Exceeded my expectations
I was extremely unhappy with the winter parka I currently have as it was bulky and uncomfortable.
I was looking for some thing that was lightweight, slim yet warm and this completely fit the bill.
The fabric and construction are high quality and the coat itself is extremely warm and comfortable, but not so warm that you'd overheat. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a lightweight, warm and comfortable parka.

This coat was exactly what I was looking for for the colder weather in the Northeast. My only complaint is that the zipper is too small for the size of the coat. It's more like a small jacket or sweatshirt zipper.

Don't think about it just do it
I bought this after my last parka just died on me - and boy was this an upgrade. I live in San Francisco so it's not snowy or wintery by any means, but its often wet, cold and dreary throughout the year and this coat incentiveses me to get out of the house and go on those morning and afternoon walks. I also work outside so this keeps me nice and warm while standing in place and instructing. 10/10

Perfect for my needs!
This parka has been a great purchase for me this winter! I live in Houston, Texas and this winter has been our coldest yet with 2 Arctic freezes, which brought feels-like temperatures well below freezing thanks to the wind chill. I appreciate the length of the parka. It's kept my legs decently warm when I'm wearing jeans and has kept my upper body super cozy when I layer. I'm not sure how this would hold up in generally colder climates, but this fits my needs very well!

I'm normally a size S/M and ordered a L to be able to layer-glad I did! If you're in-between sizes, I'd recommend sizing up. Wore this coat on a trip to visit a friend in Alaska and it kept me so warm with only two layers underneath! Would recommend again.

I would not buy it again.
Nice jacket and good length. I thought is was a down jacket but it's not. The chest fits a little snug compared to my other jackets in the same size and brand. I'm not a big fan of the iron on logo, it doesn't last on long.

Quality could be Better
I love the length of this coat. However, it could be warmer. I have to wear several layers to feel completely warm. The zipper was also very flimsy to the point that the top piece flew off.
