Well made, high quality, and comfortable PDF

The MIT 100 Convertible A/M Inflatable PFD is comfortable, appears to be very well made, and mostly inconspicuous while wearing. The only fault I find is that I'm very frequently pulling it down; as I move the PDF tends to ride up. I've tried tightening the strap but nothing keeps it from riding up. I might try using something similar to elastic mitten clips to secure the waist strap of the PDF to my waist band.
