The color is great. A nice bright red with blue accent. Fit is good, will be worn over base garmits. Have not used it yet. I will be on Rainier next month, that's the test. Has the underarm vents. Stiffended hood visor and velcro cuffs. Good size and location for pockets. Adjustments tabs on the hood.
