Great! I've never felt so safe? Hiking on ice and icy snow. They gripped so well that I realized that I didn't need my poles. Just like hiking in late spring - though early fall. We usually don't have much icy conditions in Lower New Jersey but this year? Yep. Thanks for a great product.

These microspikes are wonderful. Just what we needed to move around outside in the recent ice storm. They run just a little smaller than we thought but we are using them on our muck boots. I think they will be much easier to install on our regular hiking boots. Traction is amazing with them!

Used for the first time. Would not have attempted a hike on frozen snow/ice without them. These were easy to put on, fit great. We hardly knew we were wearing them other than not sliding our slipping on the snow.

Great value. No delivery delays. I am a retired NFL player now 70, and do have physical issues from those days. Live on 60 aces in the mountains and stay very active with trail cams, hunting, hiking, fly fishing. Have a company called Players Choice Outdoors documenting these activities. Your product is spot on, and I will now be buying some for my brother and daughter. It is nice to see a company that advertises on line, and is who they say they are, and does what they say they will do. WELL DONE!

The Micro spikes I purchased worked well; however, the links keep breaking.on the right shoe. I put in a claim a few days ago, and I haven't heard from Kahtoola yet. I am happy with the product when I can use them.

As much quality that is put into a pair of Kahtoola's, sooner or later rubber will break/ breakdown. Conversing with Kat made getting my microspikes repaired easy. Kahtoola's are the best and their service is second to none Thank you

They work great on ice, but with snow on top of ice you still have to be cautious. They can't grip far enough down if the snow is deeper than the spikes.

Performance of the Microspikes is phenomenal. Used on some gnarly remote trails in GRCA. Once on my shoes, the Microspikes stayed firmly in place. They were comfortable & the grip was amazing on a variety of terrain: snow, mud, even short patches of rock. I never lost traction. Highly recommend!

I believe the MICRO spikes are most effective on ice in addition to being the easiest to put on and remove of many other brands I have tried. The elastic material is good quality and I can say this after having sets last years without stretching or breaking down.

My use of your microspike product was prevented by their apprehension at airport security. There is no information provided by Kahtoola indicating apprehension is even a possibility. Withholding this important information is a serious breach of integrity and confidence. The lack of a response from Kahtoola in response to an acknowledged comment is remarkable. I have no idea if the product is satisfactory but the information provided, the responsiveness of the company, and general integrity of the information provided in this regard is lacking. With regard to the remaining questions on this 'review' they have no meaning but they are required to post anything.

MICROspikes are a must for thick, ice covered parking lots and sidewalks. Anything less is not an option for traversing on this type of terrain.

I absolutely highly recommend 1 or 2 pair as I keep 1 pair in the SUV throughout the winter and 1 pair in my Daypack. I wouldn't navigate the New England winters without them. They work perfectly on both ice and crusty snow.
