User friendly
The filter is just as the one on my fridge at home. Using the gravity fed bag is super user friendly. Hang it on a tree and come back when your done. It was also super light weight for our back packing trip. I am a fan.
Ultralight and effective!
The Katadyn Gravity is much lighter and smaller than a Katadyn Pro-Hiker plus a 3L bag system I have. The Katadyn Gravity has the added benefit of releasing you from the time needed to pump the water for several minutes to fill the bag with the Pro-Hiker and also reduces your time of exposure to potential dangers with your hands tied up pumping. It is a welcomed addition to my ultralight setup and should be in everyone?s 72 hour-safety bag.
