It Works

I got to test the staff pole out with my Noah's Tarp 16 a couple of times. It works great. It raises the corner up above the ground. Reasonably light weight, breaks down small, solid enough when assembled, and long enough for a side. I wouldn't want the staff poles to be the only poles, the adjustable poles are better for the center of the tarp. Each pole has its own carry bag. Two poles will fit into a bag with extra guy lines when they are side by side.

Poles are fine - tarp gets obliterated in moderate wind.

I have no issues with the poles, but the Noah's Tarp is damn near impossible to set up in a mild breeze.

Great shade

we bought thr tarp and poles. The poles are handy when there are many trees. The tarp is awesome and so big it covers the site, picnic table and back of our camper.
