Backpacking on the AT for the weekend with temperatures in the mid 30's at night slept in shorts and a long sleeve tee shirt no socks and had to keep the zipper halfway down as not to get to hot. Have had goose down bags and other synthetic bags rated at 0 degs. That have all sorts of cold spots and did not seem to be rated properly. Planing a winter trip to the Pocono mountains in December or January will test how well it will do closer to 0 degrees. I'm 67 years old and over the years to stay warm winter camping you have to eat enough calories and dress appropriately to stay warm even with a winter bag. Happy trekking!

This bag was great for casual camping and I greatly appreciated that they honor first responders by taking care of them. No doubt got a long term customer out of me and kept me warm tent camping just as it needed to! maybe not the best for backpacking due to its bulkiness though if that's what you're looking for in a bag.

Took it camping in CO this week. I got cold night one with 35 degrees but that was my fault?I layered up night 2 and slept great. Toasty comfy.

This is a very good product although too heavy and bulky for backpacking. Best for tailgate camping.

Haven?t used it yet, but the sack could be smaller as I want to use it for backpacking. Now I?m going to find a smaller sack.

The bag is warm and durable, without weighing too much, great design. Also appreciate Kelty not isolating your customer base with tons of political statements like other outdoor companies recently. Keep making solid gear Kelty, you?re doing great!

Camped at around 10,500ft in around 20-15 degrees and stayed plenty warm. Only wished it packed down smaller as it takes up a lot of space in the pack.

Wish it had a bit more leg room for side sleepers & for maneuverability. Need to stop buying mummy bags too constrained. Haven't used it in the wild yet. Will update after use.

Well-made product. Very durable. Unfortunately it just wasn?t warm enough. Used it for a couple of nights where it got down to about 20 F and I wasn?t comfortable. Would recommend to spend the extra money for a different bag that would for sure keep you warm.

Bought this for our daughter. She never complained about being cold once. Very nice materials. Reason why I’m giving this a 4 star review is because the stitching at the base of the bag started to tear just after our first night sleeping in it.

Camped in the mountains in around 30 degree weather and I'm a huge cold wimp. I was really warm in this bag and didn't have to wear a bunch of layers to bed. In fact I didn't wear much. I'm 5'7" and 135lbs female and had plenty of room to roll from side to side...thumbs up.

I haven't had the chance to REALLY test the ability to keep me warm yet but I can tell already that it will keep me warm from the fist trip I've used it on. I am only marking this as a 4 star because the delivery didn't happen when it was supposed to, I waited to leave for a camping trip due to the shipping and when it originally told me it would arrive. It didn't arrive on time, I was late to head out for the camping trip I was heading out on and it was supposed to be cold. I was disappointed that I had to leave without it and then I actually froze in my old sleeping bag that weekend. The delivery didn't actually happen until about 5 days after my original tracking date was.

I got two bags. Stardust 15 had the label on the stuff sack with the temp rating. I've seen other companies do that as well and it's really a nice touch to see all the specifications on the packed product. The Mistral 0 just had a plain stuff sack so I had to label it myself. If it sleeps like the stardust, I'm sure I'll be plenty warm for those chilly nights.

Haven't had the chance to test it in the field yet, but the bag is really comfortable and fluffy but packs down pretty good. A little more bulky then 0° bags I've used in the past.

The bag was fine. It weighed as advertised but it did not fit me. I’m a big guy so I went to another company. I will give the bag to a family member in the hopes they can use it.
