My original Hydro had a problem. It was replaced in about 4 weeks. Hydro Flask stands behind their product. Very happy

Service was great but I hate the replacement colors for all 3 bottles. The replacement bottle colors are nowhere close to my old ones and I don't care for it anymore.

Great Water Bottle!
Keeps water cold, even when left in my car with windows up. Fits in the drink holders in all of our vehicles. Wide mouth makes adding ice easy. Only suggestion is to make the drinking spout click into an open position. Good purchase! Thank you for not asking my opinion immediately after purchase, waiting until I used your product gives me the opportunity to know the product before I review it.

Good size for on the go
Wide mouth 20 oz is my fave bottle hydroflask makes. Fits in cup holder, easy to clean, and good for filling up at the local coffee or tea shop. Wide mouth is good for iced drinks.
I have the normal lid and it keeps my drink the temperature I want for a long time.
The color lupine is a nice lavender leaning periwinkle.

Lid Needs Frequent Attention
This is a great bottle and the company was great to work with on a warranty issue with another bottle. While this lid is convenient with the open and closing mechanism, it also needs to be completely taken apart to clean regularly. If you don't, it starts getting black mold on it. It's not a big deal--pay attention how it comes apart so you can put the pieces back together. It keeps liquids hot or cold--depending upon the contents.

My newest HydroFlask was due to a warranty request resulting from a vacuum seal issue. The online support was excellent. They resolved my issue quickly and made sure I was satisfied throughout the process. There might be decent products from competitors out there, but their customer service ensures my loyalty to this brand.

Awesome Flask!
I have multiple Hydro Flasks. This one is a beautiful purple-lavender color and keeps my water cold all day. Love love love all Hydro Flask products! Great company- great customer service!

Fits Perfectly!
