I had some issues in getting my mug, but Clarissa was super prompt and helpful in getting me my order so I'm super thankful for that! The mug itself is in the new orange color and it is so cute and vibrant and has been keeping my coffee nice and hot! A pleasant surprise was that the exterior is softer material than the hydroflask metal, so it doesn't clang when I put it down. I adore this mug!!! Bonus points cause it matches my water bottle.

I had this for awhile now. Bought this when I was vacationing in Oregon. Love the mug because it keeps my coffee hot while I work. Even after I forget about my coffee and remember all of a sudden my drink is still hot. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't hold up during washing. The mug now has dark lines all around the mug. I do not put the mug in a dishwasher and I have always washed it by hand. So I do not understand the lines all around it. It doesn't look like scratches either. Wish I can put up pictures, but it won't allow me to upload photos right now.

I purchased this coffee mug last weekend. I love the mug but the lid could use a lttle work. I end up dripping coffee down the front of my shirt. Dissappointing to say the least.

I was so excited to get this mug for my birthday for my coffee. I have been using for a few days and realizing my coffee is not staying warm. I just noticed when the lid is shut there is a hole in the lid - so I am assuming that is why it isn't keeping warm. I have to microwave my coffee and then put it back in my hydro or store it in a different airtight mug and then switch over when I am ready to drink

I have been wanting an insulated coffee mug with handle for over a year. I specifically wanted a 12 oz and so was drawn to the Hydro Flask. However I did not care for the color selections. I liked the colors of the competitor Yxxx, and also wanted to personalize, but could not bring myself to purchase what for me was an oversized mug. Enter Eggplant! This color is so beautiful and the size is just right! Coffee stays warm throughout the morning, and the mug is easy to clean. Now if only HF would offer engraving on ALL their products it would be a perfect 10!

Got this as a gift and holy it has become my go to coffee cup every single day. I'm the type of person who likes to drink their coffee pretty slowly over the course of the morning and this literally keeps my coffee warm for 3 hours. BUY IT!!! It is so so worth your money.

Seems like the silicone coat is attached and removable, but it's so hard to de-attached and so hard to clean cuz they're technically not built in one piece.

Love it because of the handle size and soft feel of the outer coating. But... I wish it had a spill or off lid with a closable mouth spout!!!

I bought this to sip my tea throughout the day and I simply love it. I get my tea all ready, leave the lid off until it?s at the temperature I can enjoy throughout the day and then put the lid back on. No running back and forth to the microwave every half hour. Only wish I have bought sooner.

I have a cat and a dog that sometimes cause coffee spills on carpet! Since I got these...NONE. They keep my coffee hot and in the upright position. Dishwasher safe makes it very easy. I have 3 of them. I no longer use regular coffee mugs or cups. Hydro Flask is my new go to place for water bottles and coffee mugs! Would be glad to do a commercial for them!

I bought this cup a couple of days ago and could not be happier with the purchase. The 12 oz size is perfect for my morning tea and keeps it warm for a few hours. I have to leave the top off for about 5 minutes after I brew the tea to let it cool down enough to drink, then I put the lid on to keep it at my ideal temperature.

I love this coffee mug for home use! I use it every day. The Mugs handle allows for a firm grip on your hot coffee. My wish is that Hydro Flask will start offering a larger 16 oz. version.

I bought the hot pink and love the color! It keeps my hot tea for 3-4 hours. It can be held by handle or move the sip lid around to wrap hands around mug only. No leak. Doesnt truely fit in car cup holder, it sits on top enough I can hands free for a bit if needed. Website indicates USA made but bottom of product says made in China.

I?ve had this mug for about 6 months and use it all the time. It keeps coffee hot, is comfortable to hold, and is a good size. The only problem is that the lid sits about 3/4 of an inch into the cup. This is fine when making coffee at home because you know not to fill it too much, but when handing over the mug at a coffee shop I always have to tell them to leave lots of room, which is a hassle, because otherwise coffee sprays out the sip opening when it?s put on. The max fill line is small and really hard to see so I?m always having to take burning sips before I can put the lid on and leave a coffee shop. OTHERWISE I love it! If they made it with a screw on lid that didn?t fit into the mug, or with a more obvious max fill like, though, I?d get a new one and keep the old for home use

I?ve had a yeti coffee mug for awhile now and recurved this in stone as a gift. I love the rubbery feel of the outside wall. it's not too wide like my yeti mug. Keep coffee hot for hours. i liked it so much I bought another one for the office. I?ve never been let down by anything hydro flask makes.

I was looking for an insulated coffee mug to use at work and contribute to saving waste. I love the feel of the mug and the handle. I got the mug because I do not like drinking coffee out of the flask model. I was surprised that this mug fits snuggly in my car cup holder. My only complaint is that the top does not have an option to close so yur coffee does not splash while driving or carrying.

My wife and I bought a pair of these, we find them to be wonderful. Great coffee mugs for around the house, we find them good for the car too, it might splash a little, but better than a regular mug. We have used them camping as well, and they keep our hot chocolate nice a hot!!!

As with all other Hydroflasks, this mug keeps your hot beverage hotter than an ordinary mug--even without the lid. I also like the rubberized feel of the handle. Not that the exterior of the mug would ever got hot like a regular mug. As someone else said, this is not a travel mug. If you're going to be active, your drink will slosh out of the sip hole in the lid.
