Good overall, but need some minor fixes with its engineering.

Two things that are a problem. The chest strap is terrible and breaks easily and basically broke as I tried to adjust it for the first time minutes out of the box. I did talk to Gregory and they were going to send me one, but I am still waiting after about two weeks. I already went on my trip. my son actually came up with a better fix using a shoelace and this will never break. Additionally, I was using the pull on the zipper and the string embedded into the plastic portion of the pull broke. The zipper itself works fine. Other than those two things the pack performed well and was very comfortable and easy to manage. Also on the sunny sports website, it said it included a rain fly, but it does not. After two calls to Sunny sports they gave me a $30 refund. To get the rain fly it is $42.
