Okay, when I first slipped these on I was ready to return them. My feet were hurting because they were too narrow. As time went on, they definitely did stretch and became much more comfortable. Traction and warmth are great.

The Cloud Caps were comfortable right out of the box! I have long skinny feet, so thicker socks helps to lock in my heel.

I had to order a half size up and then the fit was much better. I just didn't care for the drawstring on the top and returned them. I prefer a zipper.

I have a pair of the Arctic 600 Chelsea boot that I have loved, unfortunately Danner no longer makes them. I purchased the cloud cap hoping they would be equally comfortable and they are warm and have the excellent vibram arctic sole. However, they are not great walking boots like the Arctic 600. But they are good for running errands, short walks and doing chores in the snow and cold. I purchased a 1/2 size larger than my normal size and they fit fine with thick socks. I do wish the toe box was a bit wider.

I have a foot condition where although I have narrow feet, I require a wide toe box. I love this boot and prior to my condition (Morton's Neuroma) I had this boot in my usual size and loved them, but after my surgery I had to size up in all of my footwear. Unfortunately, even the size up did not work for me in this case, as generally this boot has a narrow toe box. If this feature is not of concern for you I would highly recommend this boot but for all considering this purchase, be aware of the narrow toe area.

I love these boots. My feet are average with, andthe width is perfect. Based on previous reviews, I ordered 1/2 size up, which was a good decision. I was concerned my foot may slide in a pull on boot, but that's not the case and are easy to walk in. They are warm, waterproof, and slip right on!

I love Danner, but these snow boots I just ordered, the right foot is little bigger , feel slippage , and so this has been concerning. I ordered a 8. 5 medium and maybe I should have ordered just 8. 5 size?

These boots are awesome for running errands and sloshing around town in snowy, wet weather. Easy to pull on/off at the gym. Not super bulky. They were a tad restrictive at first but have already stretched out a bit. I'm so glad I found these. Since they've stretched out, I do find my foot slips a bit but I didn't get these to hike the backwoods. I got them to keep my feet dry and warm around town. I wear a size 10 medium width shoe normally. Got a size 10. (In hiking boots, I get a larger size to accommodate thicker socks. )

The good: - Wore these in the Arctic tundra for a week and my feet stayed dry and warm. Felt like the boots were giving your feet a warm hug. - I was very impressed with how grippy the soles were. Trudging up and down iced-over snow while carrying 45lbs and had zero slip! - Also wore them walking in rain all day and they are truly waterproof. - Super comfortable, walked 15-30k steps and had little to no foot fatigue. The bad: - The main and only issue I found was they do fit a little tight. I wish I would've sized up half a size so I could wear wool socks with these. I stayed mostly with compression socks instead, and noticed my feet did get cold if I wasn't walking around. - Not sure if it's a defect or maybe my right foot is just bigger than the other, but the right boot was unbearably painful with wool socks, and the heel was slightly rubbing with regular cotton socks. Worth mentioning that the nubuck leather, although very aesthetically pleasing, gets dirty very easily.

I am SO bummed these don't fit as I love the look but alas, they run a bit small. I am a 5. 5, purchased a size 6 to fit with socks and they are too small even withOUT socks. I'll be returning and going for a slightly larger size.

The waterproofing and winter traction is great. I literally wore them everyday this winter living in the mountains. They are cute too. Only complaint is the drawstring. It doesn't really do much, I would get snow inside my boots if I took them on a hike. But for cruising around town all day they were great!

These are cute, easy, warm, and comfortable boots. My one complaint is that they are very narrow. Frequently I have to take them off if I'm sitting for too long or my right foot (which is admittedly wider than my left) will start to fall asleep. But if you have narrow feet, would highly recommend.
