Delivery took much longer than expected. Product was tossed loosely in a large carton and not one box arrived with all coils intact. Customer service could have done nothing to help except reship with the same results.

I use this both for camping & in my southern backyard every summer. Keeps mosquitos at bay, but takes about 10 (box) for an area 100 X 60 and about 30 minutes of burn time before fully effective. Other than being fragile, I try to keep multiple boxes on hand as I am a mosquito magnet but with these I can enjoy the outdoors with minimal or no Deet protection needed!
