Old school
My daughter "stole" my rack and almost all my gear, and with it my pink padded gear sling from the bygone 80's, punk, and Lycra days. Prefer trad pieces on a sling so I can move it around and scrum my hips in chimneys, corners, and wide cracks. This sling is just like the old one, highly adjustable, padded, and comfy. Though I'd gladly trade the purple padded for my trusty old pink.

What a sling
Wow, you would think there is only so much you could say about a nylon runner sewn to a piece of foam but let me tell you BD has totally hit it out of the park with this one. 2023 is the year we bring back the padded sling, so beat the hype and get that gear off your harness before your friends. Only downside, picture shows a pretty dope purple but mine came blue? still neat!

One of a kind!
Great for carying your rack (double rack in my case). I also like to carry it on route for the follower to pick-up gear. Must item in my opinion.

Built for the long haul
Definitely a must if you're always hauling even a small trad rack. It helps to keep it organized getting it in or out of your backpack, and certainly makes it way more comfortable when sorting gear at the bottom of a route or re-racking at the end of a long day at the crag. Has enough space for a double rack of cams up to #4 a set of stoppers and a good count of quickdraws and alpine slings.

Color did not match
The sling is great. I bought tgis one thinking it would be purple, but it was a blue one. Just a heads up that product does not match color and I was a bit disappointed on that side.

Simple and solid
My partner and I have taken this sling up hundreds of pitches and it's still going strong. It's light, durable and comfortable even when fully loaded. I'd buy another in a heartbeat if my current one ever wore out but I'd bet the heatdeath of the universe happens first

Asymmetrical - only works if you rack on the right
Am I the only guy who racks on the left side? If you rack on the right side, this is a quality product. If you rack on the left side, like me, then you have to turn it so the buckle and loose end are in front, where they get in the way. Basically useless for me.
