I would buy again

I'm 6'4 250 so it's hard to find a sleeping pad my size to begin with plus I'm a side sleeper so even worse. For the first time since I began camping some 30+ years ago that I didn't wake up with my shoulder touching ground. So nice! If it was just about 3 inches wider but I'm not complaining. Only used once but think I'm really going to enjoy.

Amazing comfort and durability

This is definitively the lightest and most comfortable cot I ever slept on. 4 lbs packed and it legit feels like my mattress at home. I have a generic sleeping pad which is pretty thin and the Goosenest more than makes up for what the pad lacks. You could get away with just using the Goosenest, it's that comfy. Fits perfectly in my Big Agnes Van Camp SL3 tent with room for another pad, that's a 3 person tent for reference. The Goosenest seems super durable as it's made from aviation-grade TPU, which is the same stuff they make inflatable safety rafts out of. I don't see this thing popping or the seams coming undone anytime soon. I'm a side sleeper and have back problems so my backcountry sleep system can't be minimalist or I'll be miserable on the trail. It's light enough that I would hike with it. For anyone except maybe UL enthusiasts, it should be perfect.
