Rock solid pad. Lightweight and packable for the price. Good thickness. Way better than the Klymit pad I replaced with it. I'm considering buying another one, because my daughter keeps stealing mine.

I am a wink shy of 70 and still a Boundary Waters fanatic. But a good nights sleep and carry weight are much more important now than 30 years ago. Back in my 50s I bought a Big Agnes Insulated Air Core which was the best mattress I had ever slept on. Alas, it developed a slow leak so I called them to see if there may be a repair. Nope. The only thing they could do was a warranty claim. "It's15 years old. Oh well." "No problem, we have a lifetime warranty." Huh? Yup, they sent me a new Insulated Divide free. OK, you have a lifetime customer. This one is even better. Lighter (although not a minimalist backpacking mattress), 3.5 inches thick means you never bottom out, even on your side above rocks and roots. The new one way high volume pump blows up quickly. Less than 2 minutes including a 15 sec break. Don't bother with the bag pump they include. And COMFORTABLE! Downsides: 1. It is pricier than most. But my wife will spend more than that in one night choosing between a Hampton vs. Motel 6. So far it has cost me about 50 cents per night for good nights sleep vs. cheaper matteress. So worth it. Remember, lifetime warranty. 2. Air is not as warm as foam. Old man's hint. Before you crawl in, spread your sweatshirt between mattress and bag. I have never gotten chilly since I started doing that. Probably doubles R value. I received some gift certs for Christmas. I bought another just for my friends that go with me. My recommendation. Just get it and thank me later. Also, just go with the big/long. 25 X 78. Very little extra weight and you can roll to hearts content. Its worth it. FYI, my BWCA guest this year topped 300 lbs, and said it was extremely comfortable.

Am a 6'4" & 235lb BSA scoutmaster and always get good sleep on this pad. Chose 7oz lighter 25x78 uninsulated Divide for backpacking; I sleep in wool layers if it is cold. Inflation squeeze bag puts air into pad via one way inflation port, which avoids saliva or breath contamination. Baffles provide stability across the entire pad, with no soft spots. On 3+ night trips, I have to add air, so it must leak a little. The material doesn't seem are noisy or slippery and my ultralight down bag stays atop it the entire night.

I am 68 years old and still love to Backpack. However, sleeping on the ground was getting harder to do. I would say my Big Agnes Divide pad has been a game changer. It is lightweight and provides wonderful additional comfort to my tent. I plan to keep going now as long as I can.

It's compact and comfortable- all the good things- but it makes sooo much noise whenever you move or shift your weight. It's fine when you are alone, but if you are sleeping with someone else it will likely wake them up throughout the night. Something to keep in mind

Divides' included inflation bag is intuitive, fast & sanitary. Deflates quickly and packs into its small carry bag, which includes a patch kit I hope to never use.
