This All-Weather Tactical Metal Pen writes on wet paper and upside down, the pressurized ink cartridge performs in temperatures from -30°F to 250°F (-34.4°C to 121.1°C). The ink won't leak, evaporate or blow up in your pocket! 5.25" (13.34 cm) open (with cap attached to end), 3.75" (9.53 cm) closed, barrel diameter of 3/8" (9.5mm).
