Shopper : is the kite proper for a 10 year old? and what is the kite mesuramentDavid L : The tip-to-tip measurement of the oval part is 20". The round ring is 17" in diameter.MOSHE R : I no longer have the measurements because the kite blew away, but it takes off and flies amazing. It is the easiest kite to fly so it's great for a 10 year old, but because it takes to the wind so much, you have to really hold it or it's gone in a flash...which is what happened to ours! It is a really powerful kite even in low wind.HOLLY A V : The kite is 5 feet across and folds up to only 18 inches. It is a bit tricky to launch in light or variable winds, but flys like a dream. Highly entertaining - I've never seen this kind of action on a single line kite. It even does loops in the sky! Beautiful bright colors, extremely well made and fun to fly. It is my favorite. If your 10 year has flown before, this is the kite you want!
