Great rain jacket! Already had lots of compliments on it. The pit zips are a useful feature. The fit is nice and true to size. Roomy enough to layer underneath but not too baggy. Overall, great purchase and would recommend.

I'm rating this as a four because the jacket was not as thick as I had wanted, but my fiance has already used it in heavy rain and said it is perfect! The sale price for this was such a great deal! While USPS lost the package and I was not sure if I would ever receive it, customer service had quick responses and was extremely helpful. Overall will be buying from here again! Thank you!!! :)

I had never heard of the company before this purchase. I am very happy with the fast, well packaged delivery! The rain jacket itself is worth every penny. I had occasion to use it in a very heavy cold rain, and it performed beautifully. It really felt as though i was in my own private shelter.

Very happy with this purchase and sunny sports. The only issue is that the sleeves on the northface jackets tend to be a little long but because there is a velco around the wrists, if you fasten that, it fits nicely.

I bought this for my daughter. She is tall so we got a man's jacket so it would be longer in the sleeves. Works perfect.

I got this to wear for rainy days and was not impressed. I am not knocking North Face, I have two other North Face jackets, the Atlas Tri-Climate and an Apex Bionic that I would not trade for any other coats, but the Venture is not the jacket for me. Pros: Waterproof, Windproof, Lightweight and Breathable. Cons: Very noisy when you move around and the sleeve length is long. I was also not impressed with the front Velcro flap. Very difficult to zip and unzip the jacket. I ordered the Cosmic Blue color and when I go it, the lettering on the jacket was not the same as the picture on the site, it was the same color as the jacket. Not sure if that is normal, but neither of my other North Face Jackets are like that.

Bought this as a gift for my 20-year-old brother. He's 5'6 and weighs about 150 and the medium fits him perfectly. As expected with North Face, jacket is well made and looks good. He loves it. Great gift!

It is definitely not for the winter and almost sounds like you have a diaper on while wearing it. I would recommend this to a friend who is looking for a lightweight raincoat though.

Living on the Oregon coast it rains heavily, sideways most of the time, but rain is rain. I am an avid runner, cyclist, and hiker and with this jacket the rain will not stop me from my activities. I bought one for my wife and after seeing how well hers performed in the storms I had to have one. Very good jacket.

I bought this jacket for my husband. It has been great for rainy football and soccer games. With three kids, it's getting plenty of use. It has a very nice look and is truely waterproof. He is 6'2'' and 220lbs with an athletic build. I bought him a x-large and he still has room under it for layering when it gets colder.
