I purchased these in a pinch before an off-roading snow trip in Shaver Lake, Ca. They arrived very quickly as I live in the Central Valley where their distribution center is. At my initial try on, these were not very comfortable and tight feeling, after walking around in the snow for a couple hours, they broke in and were much more comfortable. I would recommend going up in size. The boots did their job, I didn't experience frozen toes or cold feet whatsoever. I will also note I had good traction in the icy snow as well.

My growing son loves these boots. Easy to put on and keep his feet very warm he says! I read reviews saying they ran a little small and wanted room to grow and that was also quite accurate and helpful.

Bought these for both of my boys for Christmas. They love them. Definitely stylish enough for 2 pre-teens to wear outdoors and and indoors.lol More importantly, they are super warm for these cold and snowy winter months

Simply AHHHHHMAZING!!! The boot was a hardtop front and had great grip and was super comfy! I'm so glad I invested in these babies for my son! Best shoes yet, as he stated!

I took everyone's advice and ordered two sizes bigger. I'm still waiting for the weather to break in Philadelphia. It was 50 degrees on several days in late December 2021.

Based on reviews stating they run a full size too small, and also on the size chart, I ordered a size down from my normal size. Unfortunately the 9.5 boot was a size too small, but it was easy to return. I then ordered my regular size (10.5), which fits true to size. My guess is that Northface corrected the sizing issue, AFTER the reviews stating they run a size small. Moral of Story: Order what you normally wear, and don't go by their size chart (which is also not accurate). Also, when you first put them on, they might seem snug. But after wearing them around the house for the last half hour, they loosened up perfectly. Regarding the quality: I wanted something that wasn't too bulky and easy to get on and off. These boots fit nice and feel like they're going to be just the right amount of warmth ? Not too hot, but warm enough for snow shoveling and going to and from the mountain to ski. I don't understand the few negative reviews about them not being warm enough to withstand negative temperatures, as they don't claim to be that kind of boot. They are rated 2 out of 3 for warmth, and I suspect that's exactly what they are. Furthermore, I really like the look and they seem to be well made.

The boot fit true to size, as opposed to another boot we previously ordered that was way too small. It is fashionable, light weight, and will be perfect for our Northeast winters!
