This jacket is impossibly light- it feels so lightweight it's truly astonishing. But it's very, very warm- it has a fantastic ratio of weight to warmth. The blush color is beautiful. It's a bit shiny, but I don't think that's a dealbreaker for most people. Haven't packed it into its own pocket yet, but with the super light weight and sleek fabric, I don't see it being very difficult.

I first saw this jacket in another catalog for almost twice the price and thought, "no way," but when I saw it here for a much more reasonable price, I went for it. The color and fabric are beautiful jewel tones and the light weight is pure magic. It has kept me warm skiing in Maine in January, nuff said!

I purchased this product specifically for backpacking, to wear under my rain jacket or, if extremely cold, to layer under another down jacket. My priorities were quality down, ultralight weight, and compressibility. This jacket is extremely well made and far exceeds other brands I have tried on. However, it is tight under the armpits (but not tight anywere else) and, while I normally sear size small in all clothing, I will need to order another jacket in size medium due to the cut under the arms. Otherwise I would have rated it 5 stars.

Will use to travel to countries with moderate winter climate. I find it difficult to stuff the jacket in its own pocket. It would be great if a small stuff bag is included.

I initially bought this jacket for me and one for my husband. I have received tons of compliments on it. I have it in black and while it's a down jacket it still has an awesome style about it. I've worn it with all sorts of outfits. Every time I wear it someone compliments me on it. A good friend of mine was such a fan of it that I ordered one for her from Sunny Sports, too. She loves it! It's extremely lightweight and super warm. Very comfortable and easy to move in. The black is the best if you want some thing that you can throw on every day with whatever you're wearing. While it's not waterproof, it's so light weight that a shell on top is a perfect combination. My husband wears his with the La Sportiva Storm Fighter GTX shell. The Ghost Whisperer fabulous!
