I am 5'11, 150 lbs, 32" waist. Size chart indicated size Small but I purchased the Medium. Fits great. The Small would have been too small.

warmer way to swim
Size was perfect. This is not the suit you want to race in but if you want to stay warmer during your laps or open water swim this is one for you. The legs fit tight and the waist can be pulled tight. You will notice the suit does fill up with some water but does not have a major impact on your stroke. I'll use it for coll water days.

I'm more than satisfied
This neoprene short is what I ware as an underwear under my wetsuit. It made wearing the wetsuit easier and gave me the warmth I was looking for. I dove with a 3mm wetsuit and this short under neath it and I was doing great at a temp cold up to 60 F. My size is Large and had no size problems with this short. It was a good purchase and I'm 100% satisfied.
