Very good tent. Yes its very pricey but try to find one with side flaps sewn in and so convenient.

We've used this screen house for several years. The zippers are sturdy and the screen house nice and roomy.

we have had this screen house for over ten years, using it at Hither Hills State Park in Montauk, NY. It has withstood over 50 mile/hour winds and heavy rain, while other brands have either blown away or have been destroyed. This year we will be retiring this one and ordering another. We highly recommend this one.

We use this every year in the keys 30 knot winds for days an this tent was great. This is our 3rd year & I want another one. The rain stays out with the sides down very well.we have put this tent to the test & are pleased.

This tent is great. Me and my two teenaged sons were able to put this tent up with no problem. When the sides are down and you are cooking inside it warms up nicely, so on cool mornings it is toasty inside. Once the sides are up the air flows nicely through. Plenty of room for the picnic table and a 6' foot prep table. I didn't have any rain experience with it this trip but my friend who has this tent has said that they stay dry in rain storms in this tent. I am very satisfied with this purchase and look forward to years of camping with it.

Best purchase we have made, very comfortable, when you can either just have mesh sides or close completely if raining. Awning pretty good but rain doesn't run off - does 'puddle'.

Eureka had a great idea but the design leaves much to be desired. When we camp we set up all 4 awnings to place our chairs and bikes under when not in use. The Northern Breeze would be wonderful if we didn't have to constantly exit the screen house to push up on the awning to empty all of the rain that collects on them, during the lightest rain. Our awnings have absolutely no run off capability they just sag and hold water like a bucket; even though we use the 7' pole in the center and 6' poles on the ends of each awning along with tie outs and stakes pulled tightly (3 poles per awning). On the positive side if you drop 3 of your awnings while it is raining the screenhouse will keep you dry and you will only have to go outside to empty the awning above the door as it fills with water. So I have a love/hate relationship with the Eureka Northern Breeze Screenhouse. It is still better than the alternative ~ not having ANY side walls/awnings and getting soaked in your screenhouse during a rain. It is also great on a cold morning ~ if you put the side walls down they hold a bit of heat in when making breakfast on your Coleman Stove. I would love it if Eureka could correct the sagging rain holding awnings; it would be a perfect screenhouse if that happened.

Great screen house! Large enough to cook and relax in. Sun/ rain sides make it a comfortable place to enjoy the day! Heats easily with a propane lamp or stove.

We car camp and this is my Kitchen, Living Room, Lounging tent for every kind of weather. Attached Screening, Roll down privacy and weather proof panels and all four sides can be adapted to Awning. Works well and very roomy and easy to set up. You get three poles for one awning but these poles can be bought anywhere. It is not a separate rain fly so leave some room for condensation to get out. I put a heater in there on cold mornings and it is quite snug. A little pricey compared to other Screen Tents but well worth it and well made.
